Platfform is the charity for mental health and social change. We work to have a lasting positive impact with people experiencing challenges with their mental health, with over 100 projects and services across Wales and the UK. The Charity provides relief of need and advancement of health of veterans and others in the Armed Forces Network, which includes members of the British Army, Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and the Royal Fleet Auxiliary (and regular reserves, volunteer reserves, and sponsored reserves of these bodies), and their families, dependents and support network, who have or have had mental health issues.

Warrington Community Living seeks to support people with learning disabilities, older people and people experiencing mental health issues to lead their lives in a purposeful, healthy and enjoyable way as full and equal members of their local community. We do this through the provision of residential homes and supported living schemes as well as other forms of support in the community.

We help vulnerable and isolated people get support with their mental health, housing, education and employment. Touchstone works in Yorkshire, providing a broad range of services to improve the mental and physical well-being of people from all communities. Our specialisms are work with people experiencing, or vulnerable to, mental health difficulties and their carers, and with people from black and minority ethnic communities.

Birmingham Mind provides high quality, user led services for people who experience mental health distress. Our services include Residential Care, Supported Housing, Support in the individual's own home, Day Service provision and other specialist community services.

Pact supports people affected by imprisonment to cope and to make a fresh start, including prisoners, people with convictions, their children and families. Our work reduces harm and reoffending. We work in prisons of all types, in courts and in communities. We reduce the risk of suicide and self-harm, safeguard children and vulnerable adults, and maintain and strengthen family relationships.

SignHealth aims to improve healthcare & access to health services for deaf people. As well as campaigning, research & health promotion, we provide supported living schemes and outreach for deaf people with mental health problems. We provide a national Advocacy & Counselling service and support for deaf victims of domestic abuse.

St Mary?s provides day and residential education, therapy and care for children and young adults from ages 7 to 25 with speech, language and communication difficulties and other complex needs. These needs may include disability and illness including learning difficulties, health issues, mental health issues and physical disabilities.

North Yorkshire Hospice Care provides a range of services operating as Herriot Hospice Homecare, Saint Michael's Hospice, Just 'B' and Talking Spaces. These services provide a range of end-of-life care services including an In-Patient Unit, Wellbeing, Community and Specialist services; Bereavement Services for adults and children and Mental Health Support Services.

Support people with Mental Health and Learning disabilities

Richmond Fellowship (RF) is a national provider of care and rehabilitation for people living with mental health problems, with close to 60 years experience. RF has a subsidiary organisation that has completed a separate annual return. RF offers over 120 facilities, including crisis support, residential, employment and community schemes, well-being projects and domestic violence services.

Equinox works to help and support individuals with drink and/or substance misuse issues, mental health issues and those caught in the Criminal Justice system. We provide housing and/or support or counselling.

The Cellar Trust is a recovery based mental health charity which supports individuals to return to fulfilling and independent lives, through the delivery of a range of vocationally oriented activities, and employment support.
