Tynedale Hospice at Home provides community based hospice care. Care and support is also extended to the patient's families.We cover the Tynedale, Scots Gap and Ponteland area.Services include nursing, practical and emotional support and are free of charge.

The main objectives of the charity continues to focus on delivering a range of extensive care services within the fee structure, including the provision of post operative convalescence, short and long stay nursing/residential care. Provision of residential and nursing care to the elderly in the vicinity of Lindfield, West Sussex

Rennie Grove Hospice Care provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts and Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. We also offer support services for families and, in Herts, a range of day services for patients & families.

The objectives of the charity, which have been applied during the year, are set out in the Trust Deed. Such objectives require the trustees to apply the property, Honeywood House, as a nursing home for the members of the public requiring long or short term care.

The Charity's objects are the relief of sickness and infirmity through the provision of nursing care and to provide a short stay nursing and convalescent home for the benefit of any disabled or sick person upon terms appropriate to their means and to provide medical and/or nursing care of limited duration for any disabled or sick person.

CWMT gives free mental health training to schools, reaching thousands of pupils, teachers and parents. It also provides training to universities, workplaces, GPs and nurses, encouraging those who may be depressed to seek help. At the Jessie May Trust we provide a free Palliative Care Service for children and young people who are not expected to live beyond nineteen years. The provision of care home accommodation for older people in Wirral. We run a care home (non nursing) and annexe with 24 hour care with thirty three rooms in West Kirby. We are affiliated to the Abbeyfield Society nationally.

The FoMSH supports Michael Sobell House the hospice and centre for palliative care at Mount Vernon Hospital. The unit embraces a philosophy that is compatible with hospice care and is supported by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, chaplains, social workers, counsellors, physiotherapists, occupational and complementary therapists, housekeepers and administration staff.

To ensure every seriously ill child and young person in the UK has the best possible healthcare by placing our Roald Dahl nurses in areas of greatest need; supporting our nurses in the work that they do; funding innovative nurse-led projects to improve quality of care; and providing benefits advice through our family support service.

Members of the Community continued to work in hospitals and nursing homes providing medical and nursing support. In the local parish communities the sisters undertake pastoral work, including adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, visiting and administering the Eucharist to the lonely, sick, aged, bereaved and other members of the community. They are also involved in other aspects of parish life.
