Iain Rennie Hospice at Home is part of RGHC which provides palliative care for adults and children who have been diagnosed with cancer or another life limiting illness in Herts & Bucks. Through our 24/7 responsive hospice at home service, our specialist nurses give patients the choice to be cared for at home. We also offer support services for families and, in Herts, a range of day services.

Cooking a Hot Meal on Christmas Day for 100 approx people, an outing by Canal Boat for people from residental/nursing homes, providing and maintaining a pendant-operated Lifeline Telephone service with approx 400 units in service, plus helping the community in various task as and when required to do so. The European Wound Management Association (EWMA) address clinical and scientific issues associated with wound management; represented by medical, nursing, scientific and pharmaceutical interests. EWMA is an umbrella organisation linking wound management associations across Europe and a multidisciplinary group bringing together individuals and organisations interested in wound care.

The objectives of the charity are to promote the relief of persons suffering from diseases of the thorax and related disorders; it also provides education of members of the medical and nursing professions and the general public in the means of diagnosis and treatment.

To provide a scholarship to be called the 'Morriston Davies Scholarship' to be awarded annually to a doctor or nurse for the furtherance of research into the prevention, treatment and cure of tuberculosis and other respiratory desease. Fund raising assistance to Newquay Hospital

We teach Western Medical Acupuncture to doctors, nurses and physiotherapists. We look to businesses and other donors to assist by paying the fees of nurses who are keen to expand their knowledge for the good of sick patients. Some of our nurses use acupuncture in the NHS and help patients by easing the symptoms of illness and can clear the patients entirely from the condition they present with.

The aim of the Medway Hindu Mandir is to promote Santana Dharma (Hinduism). The Middlesex Hospital Nurses Benevolent Fund was established in 1933 to enable Middlesex nurses to keep in touch with each other. One of the primary purposes however is to maintain a benevolent fund to help Middlesex nurses and all trained nurses who have served on the Middlesex staff who are in need through sickness or adverse circumstances. There is also an education bursary.
