Operation and maintenance of the Woodbridge Tide Mill Museum. The present Mill was built in 1793 and is Grade I listed. The Mill is open to the public and produces and sells its own flour. Guided tours and special events for schools take place.

The St Mary's Old Church is a Scheduled Ancient Monument and grade II listed monument halfway along the Greensand Ridge footpath. CHT will manage the restoration to provide access to a safe historic building and education about the church and local history. The Friends of Upminster Windmill manage Upminster Windmill on behalf of the London Borough of Havering.
