The Shire Hall (Dorchester)Trust is an independent charity that operates the Historic Courthouse Museum at Dorset's Shire Hall. Our mission is to make Shire Hall into a place that engages visitors with the history of justice and injustice in Dorset and beyond. It inspires people to make a difference to society, politics, and justice for all.

To promote public awareness and knowledge of London waterways and to provide educational opportunities for young people at the museum. Also to preserve objects of historical interest for public benefit.

Fuse Art Space is an art gallery, performance venue and arts education project in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The Old Kiln Museum CIO owns and operates the Rural Life Living Museum, Farnham Surrey. The Museum was founded in 1973 by Madge and Henry Jackson. (Old Kiln Museum, then Rural Life Centre.) The CIO keeps and continues to develop the museum collection, operating the museum for the benefit of the public telling the story of how we lived, tools trades and professions in the English countryside.

The Soldiers Of Gloucestershire Museum exists to collect, conserve & display objects relating to The Gloucestershire Regiment & The Royal Gloucestershire Hussars, for the benefit of the citizens of Gloucestershire, Bristol and the general public, in particular the collections are used in support of the national curriculum and furtherance of study of the military history of Gloucestershire.

1) Tours of historic, restored water mill - to public and educational groups. 2) Mount exhibitions in Art Gallery by a range of artists including community groups. 3) Educate the public in the history of the architecture of the mill, mills in general and an appreciation of the arts. 4) Provide space in Mill buildings for artisan crafts, workshops, food retailers, cafe/restaurant and gift shop.

Matt's Gallery creates opportunities for artists to push the boundaries of their practice, providing space, support, mentoring and resources for artists at all stages of their careers to create ambitious new works. Matt's Gallery presents free and accessible exhibitions of high quality visual contemporary arts, engaging students in free talks and seminars with artists and staff.

Art History Link-Up (AHLU) offers free-of-charge accredited Art History courses to state school students, taught in galleries, schools and online. Art History A level is taught in less than 1% of state schools. Yet we have taught over 600 young people from diverse backgrounds, from 300 state schools across the UK. Our students are transforming the sector and securing a vibrant future for the arts.

The charity provides a museum of local history for Marlow and District, based in the Peacock Room at Court Garden, Pound Lane, Marlow, Bucks.

A) The restoration, maintenance and preservation of the prototype dh98 Mosquito W4050 and other de Havilland aircraft and artifacts of historical interest for the instruction and edification of the public. To manage, maintain and develop The Museum of Cornish Life, Helston for the benefit of the public and to advance education in the heritage, arts and crafts of the South Kerrier area.

We offer spaces for conferences, functions and charity events as well as providing adult art classes.The Huddersfield School of Theatre Dance and Northlight physiotherapy gym are also based in our premises. We are a Christian charity and as such are involved with and provide support to Hope Huddersfield which co-ordinate churches across Huddersfield and also home to the Ark Church for services.

The Charity is established to advance public education by the provision of an art gallery for the exhibition of contemporary art, including performance, video, installation, and artist commissions involving local participation. It is also involved in the formulation, preparation and establishment of schemes, provided that all the objectives of the charity shall be of a charitable nature.

The Greater Manchester Transport Society exists to maintain a museum for the purpose of advancing the education of the public in the nature of public transport within the United Kingdom and the historical development of all aspects of such public transport with particular emphasis upon the historical aspects of road passenger transport in the counties of Greater Manchester Cheshire and Lancashire.
