Our activities are based around the education of the public in transport heritage generally, particularly in the Nottingham conurbation through preserving for posterity a collection of passenger service vehicles and associated artefacts. In August 2015 we leased a period bus garage in Hucknall to develop into a transport museum . We aim to engage all areas of the local community in our work.

NSBCT exists to support other organisations and charities dealing with the Broads. For example our first initiative was to organise grant funding and project supervision for audio guides at The Museum of the Broads; subsequently the Trust has helped to fund numerous projects within its remit of heritage and conservation together with navigational improvements.(Last updated October 2017)

To establish and maintain an aviation museum with aircraft and memorabilia on display for the benefit of the public.To establish a conservation centre for repairs on aircraft parts and memorabilia for the benefit of the general public.To promote the aviation industry to children of a school leaving age by offering the practical experience required for a future career in the aviation industry.

The charity operates Torfaen Museum in the borough of Torfaen. The museum includes an art gallery, and displays of artefacts relating to the history of the Eastern Valley of Gwent. Of notable interest is the collection of Japanware, which was a speciality of the Pontypool district in the eighteenth century. The Trust also provides educational services in the area.

We run a Museum in the centre of Bristol, open regularly to the public on Saturdays and Sundays from 11.00am to 6.00pm. We open by request for group visits at other time. We also curate and respond to requests to host events, such as film nights, poetry evenings, musical events, talks and discussions to increase knowledge about Palestine and its people. We are run entirely by volunteers.

Malton Museum is an independent, accredited museum, run primarily by volunteers. Its chief aim is to enable the local community to discover more about the town's varied history through regular exhibitions drawn from the Museum's own collections together with events and activities for schools, families, adult groups and a wide range of visitors to the area.

The Epworth Old Rectory is an Accredtied Museum that is open to the public to experience what it must have been like at the time the Wesley Family lived there and tells the story of this remarkable family which included John and Charles Wesley the founders of the Methodist Church. The house, which is an outstanding example of Queen Anne architecture, contains many artefacts to help tell the story.

Standpoint has the following objectives:To involve the community, including schools and colleges, in practical arts education by providing talks, events and workshops. To support artists and craftspeople by providing gallery and workspace facilities within which they can exhibit and develop their work.To promote the visual arts by developing public appreciation and access to the arts.

Newbiggin Arts Centre's objective is to advance education in Art and Crafts for the local community; in particular, but not exclusively, by providing tuition and art/craft facilities.

The charity operates The Judge's Lodging Museum, a restored Victorian courthouse and accommodation for visiting judges. It also houses a substantial local history collection. It exists to interpret and preserve these, actively collects related objects and has a range of educational services, displays and events to support them. It also runs the town's Tourist Information Centre.

We encourage education for all through the preservation of Bakewell's history and architecture via the Bakewell Old House Museum, a Grade II*House dating from 1534 which exhibits 9,000 objects in 13 rooms. TO CONSERVE PRESERVE AND DISPLAY ITEMS OF HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A MUSEUM IN CALDERDALE FOR THE EDUCATION AND BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC.

The CIO exists to promote the education of the public in the history of Carisbrooke Castle and the Isle of Wight by the provision of a museum for the maintenance and public exhibition of a collection of objects, artefacts, specimens, books and documents and pictures and the extension, enhancement, conservation and maintenance of the collection.

The Charity operates Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre, a museum pertaining to the history, heritage and culture of Pembroke Dock and the surrounding area for the benefit of public education.

An independent museum established for the collection and conservation of relics and documents depicting the railways of the British Isles, and subsequently making them available to all those who wish to access them.

We design and deliver arts and heritage-based projects for people with complex needs (e.g. learning disabilities and autism) inspired by the collections of museums, galleries and religious and royal palaces. Established artists, performers and designers to work alongside them to produce art and performance. Our work promotes social inclusion and accessibility to culture for disadvantaged groups.
