House of Light is a perinatal mental health Charity offering support and counselling to parents' pre-conception to post birth who are struggling with mental health difficulties following pregnancy, birth and in cases of loss, miscarriage, termination and stillbirth. We do this via one to one counselling, group and one to one peer support, telephone and email support.
