Cartrefi Cymru supports people of all ages who need social care or housing related support. We enable people to enjoy fulfilling lives as part of our communities in Wales. The Trust provides support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We offer Nursing and Residential Care in around 50 homes in the Bristol area, as well as Supported Living, Short Breaks, Day Care and Home Care.
