The Charities comprise a housing association that provides affordable housing to elderly people who also have a financial need. The housing association is registered with the Tenants Service Authority and is a registered social landlord. There are 42 units available to let and all the units are based in Poole, Dorset.

Home-Start East Surrey offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in East Surrey and its environs. We recruit and train volunteers who are parents themselves to visit families with at least one child under five at home, and offer them informal, friendly and confidential support.

We do outreach on the streets in Bournemouth to meet girls at their most vulnerable. Own and operate housing (45 flats in total) for people aged 50 years or over. Funding provided for various voluntary organisations in the BournemouthPoole/Dorset Area. Some are annual donations, and others are applied for each year as "one off" grants. Liaise with all the Free Churches in the Bournemouth Area.

Springfield Advice & Law Centre provides independent legal advice for service users of South West London & St Georges Mental Health (NHS) Trust. It offers specialist advice and representation in housing, community care, debt and welfare benefits; plus general advice and referral in other areas of law; and provides information on legal matters affecting mental health service users.

Weekly Christian worship; the education and nurturing of the Christian faith; work with children and young people; ministry in old people's homes; pastoral links; fellowship lunches; maintaining the church's buildings and grounds; eco-congregation; links with Clifford School; and development of inter-faith work and an Inter-Faith Centre.

The Charity provides almshouses for the accommodation of elderly persons having a "housing need" and a strong association with the Borough of Reigate and Banstead.
