Home-Start is a voluntary organisation committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age. Volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their own homes helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown.

Working with families affected by divorce, separation, living apart to sort out practical issues, resolve conflict or dispute causing distress and standing in way of planning for the future. Looking at shared parenting and care from separate homes, fair division of finances and property on family break up, effects of family breakdown on individual family members, options for dealing with these.

St Michael and All Angels is the parish church of Ledbury. It provides the spiritual focus for the population of Ledbury through regular religious services, work with local schools, visiting local care homes and hospitals. We also work with other groups within Ledbury. As an asset to the town, the building hosts concerts and civic occasions and is a tourist attraction.

Residential Home for Elderly People

Supported housing to vulnerable, single, homeless people aged between 16 and 25 years old. Provide a Protected Licence that can be for a maximum stay of two years.

Using students and schoolchildren [as part of their career development and work experience] to work with hospitals and residential homes to introduce stimulation, conversation and companionship to patients/residents. Also provide a website which shares best practice and innovation in patient experience. Provide training to healthcare staff and volunteers
