THE CHARITY PROVIDES LOW COST ACCOMMODATION, IN TWO DETACHED BUNGALOWS, FOR ELDERLY OR DISABLED RESIDENTS OF CLIPSTON, OR FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CONNECTIONS WITH THE VILLAGE.

The Charity provides simple,comfortable and affordable accommodation for four local, needy, elderly persons. It was primarily established to help house poor widows in the Town or locality of Fowey.

The charity manages four almshouses.

Provides accommodation for vulnerable/low income adults.

Minor decoration and repairs have been carried out to wooden fences and guttering. The cavity walls have been insulated. Trees pruned.

Provision of social housing - four units Almeshouse accommodation.

The charity provides 2 Alms Houses for the use of villagers who are unable to own their own homes. The occupants contribute a monthly sum for the upkeep of the properties.

The Pardoe Almshouse Trust provides housing for elderly and people in need.
