As a Christian community we share worship through Sunday and mid-week services; learning and growing in housegroups, spiritual formation groups, baptismal, membership and discipleship groups; and serving through a range of mission activities locally and overseas, by running an emergency night shelter for the homeless and through advocacy on behalf of homeless and asylum seekers.

The Charity is a Church of England church in South Hackney, East London. It organises Christian worship that is open to all. It assists in the governance of St John of Jerusalem Primary School, contributes volunteers to the Hackney Winter Night Shelter and St Joseph's Hospice, and hosts the Festival Chorus (a community choir) and an Alcoholics Anonymous group.

Provides hot freshly cooked 3 course meals to homeless and vulnerable people at two weekly drop in sessions. The sessions cater for between 50 to 150 people. We also provide practical advice on where to find emergency accommodation and work with outreach and health services. We also run a gardening project that involves services users in growing the vegetables that contribute to the meals.

We support people who have been displaced due to conflict, persecution and poverty, in the UK and internationally, through socially engaged art, art therapy, training, education and research. Open Door supports a homelessness night shelter and daytime drop-in for vulnerable people in St Albans. Set up in 1992, the charity aims to ensure that no-one needs to sleep rough in St Albans and generally to improve the life chances of homeless people. Our main activities are to raise funds, primarily from the local community, to support and improve the service and to promote volunteering.

Vine United Reformed Church, Riches Road, Ilford IG1 1JH, offer among others Sunday morning service, including monthly communion, during the year.
