The provision of comforts for the aged residents at the Annedd Home.

Children, Care homes, Hospices, British Legion, Royal Star and Garter Home, Diabetes, Cancer, charities, etc., Animals, Ifaw, Samaritans, RNLI, SSAFA, MFPA, St.John Ambulance, St.Dunstans, Camphill Family

The Object of the Friends is to relieve patients and former patients of the Home Physiotherapy Service and generally to support the charitable work of the said Home Physiotherapy Service.

BASIL operates in the Guildford area of Surrey and supports the management team staffing The Surrey County Council (SCC) group homes at Mallow Crescent and associated properties. We are a group of parents, siblings and carers of People with a Learning Disabilities PwLD). We fund raise and lobby SCC re issues concerning the welfare of the PwLD.

Giving aid to the elderly, sick and needy within the Parish.

Swansea Lions Club aims to promote and support the following good causes:-* the advancement of citizenship and community development* the relief of those in need by reason of youth, age, ill health, disability, financial hardship or other disability * the advancement of health or the saving of lives* the advancement of education at home.

UNDERTAKE ACTIVITIES TO ENABLE WOMEN INTERESTED IN ISSUES ASSOCIATED WITH RURAL LIFE, TO IMPROVE THEIR EDUCATION IN CITIZENSHIP, PUBLIC QUESTIONS, MUSIC, CULTURE, HANDICRAFTS, HOME ECONOMICS, HEALTH AND SOCIAL WELFARE AND TO IMPROVE RURAL LIFE.

1.TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF YOUNG MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC AT LARGE IN AGRICULTURE,HOME CRAFTS,COUNTRY LIFE,AND RELATED SUBJECTS

Provide home, hospital or telephone (or e-mail) support to anybody who has had or is about to have surgery to remove their colon.Provide help to improve facilities at local treatment centres by means of donations of equipment.Arrange social events for people to share experiences

Monies raised from the members of Glantawe Lodge through the year. Distributions then made from these monies, to non-Masonic Charities (including; Feed the Homeless, Deprived Childrens Christmas Party,, and Ty Hafan (childrens hospital, Cardiff).

GRANTS TO YOUNG PERSONS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES. MUST HAVE HOME ADDRESS OF BROADWINDSOR, BURSTOCK, BLACKDOWN OR THORNCOMBE

To provide small grants for education & needy within the Community.

The primary aim is relief in sickness to residents of the former urban district of Swinton (South Yorkshire). The trustees have a wide choice in the kind of help that can be provided without overlapping the statutory services. Items could be provided either outright or on loan (the latter in the case of expensive apparatus inc. home appliances) such as bedding, clothing, fuel, medical or other aid

Scool clothing, training or continuing education grants.Payments for travelling expenses for visiting Hospital or Nursing homes.Payments for utility bills for housebound or bedridden.Those requiring financial support in an emergency situation

Grants to individuals in cases of hardship

Friends of Feltham offer support to young people in custody and to their families. Examples : aid for specific projects like exercise equipment, baby changing facilities, play area for visiting children. We offer financial assistance through a Hardship Fund for individuals in proven need. We fund emergency accommodation on release.We consider ad hoc requests brought by other agencies, and staff

The principal activity of the charity is to make grants available to various causes.

Beacon Trust continues to meet the activities as much as possible with the small funds and still able to support its beneficiaries 'in kind'.

To provide, and promote a public museum containing a collection of artefacts, a library of books, video and audio tapes illustrating the work of the Royal Observer Corps and associated subjects such as aircraft recognition, The Royal Air Force, Home and Civil Defence. To provide facilities for the education of students and interested persons by using the collections for research and local history.

Assisting homeless people

The main purpose of the womens institute organisation is to enable women who are interested in rural issues to improve and develop conditions of rural life; to advance their education in citizenship, cultural subjects, sports and all branches of agriculture, handicrafts, home economics, health & social welfare and uphold WI ideals.

The Charity distributes the grazing rent from its land to three other local charities, Ash Homes (RCN 216765), Condlyffe Charity (RCN 216763) and Carr Homes (228152).

Fundraising for the school. Bakes sales, serving refreshments, organising events such as table top sales, firework night, quiz night, Summer & Christmas fair, Raffles, Christmas cards. Recycling old uniforms.

Cater for young persons 10 - 26 years of age from rural areas around Ruthin. Training in cultural and home crafts, plus an opportunity to socialise and compete against other YFC Clubs in the county. Our aim is to try to develop these young persons to become responsible citizens in their areas.
