The charity provides housing and housing related support & services to individuals with stress related or mental health problems. The charity works closely with health and social care agencies to provide a range of accomodation and support services. Users influence the development of appropriate services to meet their needs according to beliefs and preferences.

Provision of housing and support for vulnerable single homeless people.

To provide for rent houses or hostels and any associated amenities for persons in necessitous circumstances upon terms appropriate to their means.To provide for aged, disabled (whether mentally or physically) or chronically sick persons in need thereof houses or hostels and any associated amenities specially designed or adapted to meet the disabilities and requirements of such persons.

Our charitable activities focus on tenancy sustainment and the move to resettlement and independence for our client group. Support is provided to individuals within their own communities by allocating individually assessed contact hour packages of housing related support. Assessments are done using a multi-agency approach. Services are adapted to meet need.

Homeless Oxfordshire exists to help homeless people by providing accommodation and support towards independence.

The charity's aims are to:provide relief and care, including day care and outreach services and care homes, for elderly and/or disabled persons;provide and manage almshouses for residents in need;relieve those in need hardship or distress generally or individually by making grants;let allotment land belonging to the Trust.

In June 2013 the charity became a member of the Together Housing Group and amended its objects as follows to reflect this new position in the North of England:1. Empowering People Inspiring Communities Limited is a Registered Provider (RP) initially established in 1998 to receive a transfer of housing stock from Stoke City Council. It undertakes housing activities usually associated with RPs and various regeneration projects.

Lively Minds works to get pre-school children in rural Ghana and Uganda school-ready. Exists for Jewish people with physical disabilities and or impaired vision aged 18 upwards to have access to housing and support so that they lead the best life they can; enabling independence, dignity and choice. This is achieved through our specially adapted mobility apartments located in our unique supportive developments or within their own home in the wider community.

Fairfield Farm Trust (also known as Fairfield Farm College) is an independent Specialist College for students with learning disabilities. Students live in one of our four residential care homes close to the college site. The charity also offers supported employment to a small number of people with disabilities via partnership agreements.

To provide care for elderly persons, within a Christian framework and ethos (as described in these Articles), by the following means:- Providing appropriate accommodation, items, services or facilities calculated to relieve the needs of such persons, and- By the provision of carers and by the provision of regular support and training for such carers.

The charity provides a 10 bedded hospice inpatient unit, domiciliary care, hospice at home service, day care hospice, Lymphoedema clinic and family support.The charity runs 6 charity shops.

Public promotion of Kadampa Buddhism throughout the world, by supporting the development of Kadampa Buddhist Centres throughout the world; by publishing and distributing books on Kadampa Buddhism; by training teachers of Kadampa Buddhism; and by maintaining a year-round programme of Buddhist teachings and meditation at the charity's home premises.

To maximise the independence of adults with physical and/or learning disabilities and to provide them with supported housing and/or training in work and social skills.

The Charity currently owns and operates 2 small Registered Care Homes for people with learning disabilities additionally it operates as a Registered Domiciliary Care provider providing community based support for people with special needs living within the greater West Midlands area.

To provide permanent or respite accommodation, end-of-life care and outpatient care for former members of the British Armed Forces and their families, who are in need of such care by reason of age, sickness or disability and who require nursing care or rehabilitation.

Action for Blind People support blind and partially sighted people in the United Kingdom. This can mean helping them to find or keep a job, deal with housing issues, helping them to go on holiday, providing sports clubs for visually impaired children, and other services for visually impaired children and their families or providing vital information in the heart of communities.

The Charity educates, houses and supports the choristers of St Paul's Cathedral, to ensure that they have a full and nurtured life during the times when they are not singing in the Cathedral. In order to keep the choristers' life as normal as possible and to increase their social base,the Charity also educates non-choristers, some of whom are supported by Bursaries, funded by the school.

Supporting children with life limiting conditions and their families through Hospice at Home service, and through other core services within our Children's Hospice in Huddersfield.
