For over 150 years Catholic Care has been providing flexible solutions to social challenges across Yorkshire. We deliver a wide range of services including residential and supporting living for adults with learning disabilities and mental health issues, a residential care home for children, social work and children's mental health services, and a variety of community services.

We work directly with rough sleepers by providing emergency assistance, and encourage them to move into share accommodation that are offered to them by us.We supply avenue to training and employments to give people a sense of purpose and self-confidence and help them rebuild their lives. We help people create new social networks and provide activities that give them something to look forward to.

MERCY IN ACTION WORKS IN THE PHILIPPINES IN CEBU AND MINDANAO AMONGST THE POOREST OF THE POOR. WE CURRENTLY SEND AROUND 400 CHILDREN TO SCHOOL AND COLLEGE & RUN 3 CHILDREN'S HOMES. WE HAVE FEEDING PROGRAMMES AND A DROP IN CENTRE FOR STREET CHILDREN, BUILD HOMES FOR DESTITUTE FAMILIES AND PROVIDE GRANTS FOR SMALL BUSINESSES. 'FEEDING THE HUNGRY TODAY; EQUIPPING THEM FOR TOMORROW'.

Tikva's core mission is to care for the homeless, abandoned and abused Jewish children of Ukraine and neighbouring regions of the former Soviet Union. Tikva provides support to the growing Jewish community of Odessa.

F4YP support for marginalised kids4mation - social enterprise helping to alleviate poverty by supplying affordable furniture.Food 4 - providing fruit, veg & bakery items to people on benefits from a broad cross section.

Providing support for people living in their own homes, home care, short stay/respite support, day opportunities, residential accommodation, supported living accommodation and support for vulnerable people, including those with learning disabilities, in Rugby and the surrounding areas.

We provide specialist palliative care across Scarborough,Whitby,Ryedale, Bridlington and Driffield. This involves in-patients, out-patient clinics, wellbeing center, hospice at home, specialist palliative community and neurology nurses, lymphoedema, complementary therapy, bereavement support, out of hours support and education and training of other healthcare professionals.

The provision of almshouse accommodation for people resident in Bath and the surrounding area who are over 65 years of age and who are in financial need as well as providing grants and financial support to individuals and organisations within the Bath area for those in need.

The charity exists to further the welfare of children, young people and adults in the area of West Yorkshire, especially those who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. It provides housing, mentoring, counselling, advisory and welfare services, family care and personal development opportunities. The charity's main activity is to provide housing and support to ex offendors.

Age UK Medway provides a range of support and care services for older people in the Medway and Kent areas. We are committed to providing high quality services enabling older people to live safely and independently in their own home.

Treetops Hospice provides Daycare, Complementary Therapy and Hospice at Home care for people suffering from life-limiting illnesses. We also provide Carers Support and Complementary Therapy for people involved in caring for people with life-limiting illnesses and Bereavement Support for people and families who have suffered a bereavement.

The Charity's objects are (a) to provide housing, accommodation and assistance to help house people and associated facilities and amenities for poor people or for the relief of aged, disabled (whether physically or mentally) or chronically sick people; (b) any other object that can be carried out by a company registered as a provider of social housing with the Regulator.

HOSTELS PROVIDING HOUSING FOR HOMELESS RESIDENTS, VOCATIONAL AND SKILLS TRAINING OR RE-TRAINING, ADVICE OR SUPPORT. BY PROVIDING THOSE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED WITH WORK EXPERIENCE OR OTHER EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDING SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT.

Your Place (London) Limited provides a home and support for people experiencing homelessness in London. We work collaboratively with residents to build a better future for themselves, through the provision of personalised support, education and life skills opportunities. Our goal for all residents is to move on from homelessness for good.

The principal activity of the company is the provision of affordable rented accommodation forvulnerable people in housing need.

The Charity's object is to house people over the age of 65 who are in housing need and financial need and who have lived for at least the last 2 years in the London Borough of Richmond and who are able to live independently.

Laidlaw Opera Trust champions live music as a uniquely thrilling art form accessible to all. We invest in opera companies and houses who believe that opera should be part of everyones cultural capital. Through strategic support and grants, we aim to expand Operas reach and self-sufficiency.

The Charity provides sheltered flats for older people in Gloucestershire as well as a Residential Home and Nursing Home. The Charity also offers day care services for those living with dementia in the wider community as well as a weekly social club.The Trust also administers a "Relief in Need" grant making branch of the charity and the former Gloucester District Nursing Charity.
