We have been supporting people who work or have worked in printing, packaging and publishing since 1827. Our charitable aims include promoting independence, protecting dignity and furthering skills. We meet our aims through providing financial, emotional and practical support, including a free 24/7 helpline, and working with industry partners to champion the sector's emerging talent.

As an almshouse charity we are committed to providing quality accommodation for retired people who want to maintain their independence.

Promotion of kindness and prevention of cruelty to animals. To care for, rehabilitate and re-home all domestic animals and others who are placed in our care. Animals in our care receive veterinary treatment, vaccination, neutering, micro-chipping and are assessed for rehoming.

The objects of the charity are to develop the community wealth of east London and promote a diverse and inclusive society in which all are free to participate. These are achieved by making significant grants and by its role as a Registered Social Landlord.

OFFERS FREE AND IMPARTIAL ADVICE AND INFORMATION TO DISABLED PEOPLE, THEIR CARERS AND FAMILIES IN THE BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT ON BENEFITS, EQUIPMENT,PARKING, TRANSPORT, EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION,LEISURE, HOUSING AND HOLIDAYS. PROVIDES SHORT-TERM WHEELCHAIR AND DISABILITY EQUIPMENT HIRE.

Provision of sheltered retirement housing, mandatory and discretionary grants to St. Clement Danes School and grants to organisations in Westminster for the relief of need.

Provision of domiciliary care, training and support to persons with learning difficulties in the Ribble Valley district of Lancashire.

Wide range on animals to stroke and feed, animal petting pavilion, shop-selling home produce free range meat,eggs,ice cream, Cafe, plant sales, woodland walk, play area, horse rides/RDA, birthday party room hire, day care service for people with special needs, special events throughout the year i.e halloween night, xmas grotto.

The charity's objects continue to be to maintain the home for the accommodation of elderly residents. The activities remain consistent with the objects of the charity.

Wordsley Housing Society delivers 24/7 accommodation and specialist support for people with mental ill-health, offering personalised care and rehabilitation while promoting independence, wellbeing, and active participation in community life.

The Sobell Foundation is a grant-making trust. Funding is generally restricted to charities working in the following fields: medical care and treatment; care and education for physically and mentally disabled people; homelessness; and care and support for the elderly and children from disadvantaged backgrounds. In Israel only the Trustees support coexistence and immigrant absorption projects.

We provide short term emergency accommodation for homeless adults and some further longer term supported housing. We also provide a day centre with access to various services including food provision.

The relief of poverty, sickness and distress among people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, and who are suffering from social, economic and emotional distress.

Domestic violence service provision including women's refuge accommodation, drop in centre, floating support services, children's services, counselling service, parenting service, group work and training provision.

We are an independent local provider of temporary housing and support to young people aged 16 to 25 who are homeless or in need of housing related support. Our role is to enable young people and young families to define, establish and maintain their own home.Doorstep exists to fight homelessness and empower vulnerable young people to fulfil their potential and transform their lives.

Provision of supported housing to individuals with long term mental health problems. Personal Assistant Service to adults with mental health problems.A warden service for Service Users living at our properties 128 Westcotes Drive, 16 St James Road and 25 Church Street.Accommodation for homeless women with or without children until they secure their own tenancy.

Provision of care for aged and sick members of the Dawn Christadelphian Fellowship and other aged, infirm or sick persons through the running of Beth Ezra, a Care Home at 52 Smitham Bottom Lane, Purley, Surrey.

The principal objectives of the company are to promote a range of community facilities including housing, educational, recreational, cultural and general community benefits in the Kirklees area

The Society of Christ provides priests for parishes in various parts of the country where there is a substantial Polish Community and is running one residential care home for the Polish Community.

World Habitat is an independent research organisation that promotes sustainable development and innovation in housing through collaborative research and knowledge transfer, both in the UK and internationally.

Residential care facilities for the elderly.

The charity's main objective remains the control of feral cats, by limiting their numbers throught neutering and returning to site, by providing veterinary care where necessary and by finding homes for kittens and tame stray cats. Each year the charity manages to neuter more than 1000 cats, home more than 1000 cats and provide veterinary care, other than neutering, for some 750 cats.

Provides grants for the relief of poverty for education and social purposes for housing and household necessities and related services in particular for people of Jewish origin.
