We helppeople in Barrow, Ulverston, Askam and Kendal and are looking to expand into other areas in the future.To help those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, individuals who struggle with mental or physical health orwith a learning difficulty.

Services for adults over 50yrs who require assistance with activities of daily living. These include assistance in their own homes through our Support at Home team, residential care at our care home Cornwell House, extra care living at Old School House, respite care based at Cornwell House, companion services, day services, dementia care and support services delivered through our Dementia Hub.

Caring For Life is a Christian charity which strives to "Share the Love of Jesus" with those in desperate need. CFL fulfils its aims through core areas of ministry. Providing supported homes for particularly vulnerable men and women. Providing housing support through the Community based Support team. Providing therapeutic daytime projects for individuals to engage and develop.

Provides national coordination for the WI organisation; advances the education of women and girls in important local and national political and social issues, music, drama and other cultural subjects, agriculture, crafts, home economics, science, health and social welfare; promotes sustainable development; advances health and advances citizenship by promoting civic responsibility and volunteering.

Watford Mencap currently provides the following services:Residential Homes, Supported Living and Individualised Living , Learning and Leisure, Children's Activities Clubs and Playschemes, Community Support, Domiciliary Care, Day and College Activity Schemes, Advice and InformationThese services are provided to over 800 service users in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere

Supported housing services, including one residential care home. Community services offering groups and courses which include for example, anger and anxiety management, promoting self esteem, empowerment and recovery. A volunteer counselling service. All activities aim to improve the emotional and mental health of the people of Suffolk.

Provision of accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities. This includes registered care homes, domiciliary support and programmes of daytime activities.

PROVISION OF RESIDENTIAL CARE AND SHELTERED HOUSING FOR OLDER PERSONS.GRANT MAKER.

Every 90 seconds in the UK, someone is reported missing. Missing People is an independent charity and is a lifeline to the 180,000 people who are reported missing each year, and to their families and friends left behind. The charity operates a free and confidential helpline daily from 9am to 11pm to provide non-judgemental advice and guidance to anybody affected by the issue of missing on 116000

Witton Lodge Community Association owns and manages over 200 homes for social and market rent, including a 40-apartment Independent Living Scheme. Working with the local community and partners, the Association supports local people with jobs and skills, a range of advice services, health and wellbeing initiatives and environmental projects, to help people live healthier lives.

Day centre for young people age 16-25: benefits, housing advice, resettlement, careers advice, education&training, employment, IT,ESOL, literacy, numeracy, cookery, art classes, drama classes, gym & fitness sessions, women's group, men' group, counselling, nurse, mental health support, street outreach, prison work, laundry/showers/clothes, free lunch

Provision of care and support services to vulnerable adults in their own homes, day services and activities for sufferers of dementia and memory loss, and support groups for carers.

Under the names Carers Trust Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk we provide information, emotional and practical support, training and breaks from caring for adult, young adult and young carers. We promote independence, support in emergencies and provide CQC regulated care for adults and children with special or complex needs. Personalised support is through clubs, groups or in family homes.

Community Housing and Therapy is a charity that runs residential units for those with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. CHT's therapeutic and rehabilitative programme is designed to create a structure that will lead to recovery, employment and eventual independence.

Relief of poverty of entertainers, and people associated with the entertainment profession,their surviving partners, spouses and dependants including:to pay pensions or to award grants and loans to alleviate hardship;to contribute partly or pay all funeral expenses;to operate and maintain a nursing and care home and to contribute partly or pay the fees associated with being a resident in the Home.

The objects of the Charity are for the public benefit, to advance education by: the provision of land and buildings and funding to Pate's Grammar School; operating The Richard Pate School; and promoting the education of current or ex-pupils of both schools (e.g.scholarships, bursaries, grants). Remainng funds may be applied to relieving poverty by grants to Pate House Charity (almshouse charity).

The Southover Partnership provides education for children on the autistic spectrum and those with social, emotional and mental health needs. We are a special school for secondary aged pupils, an outreach service that provides support in school for children from 4-19 who have special needs and a home tuition service for children who are unable to attend their own school because of complex needs.

The principal activity of the charity is to provide temporary accommodation & other services to adults and children who have suffered or are exposed to domestic violence & abuse

Home-Start offers informal and friendly support to families with young children, providing a lifeline to thousands of parents and children in around 300 communities across the UK, and with forces families in Germany and Cyprus.Support is free, confidential and non-judgemental, and the quality of this is maintained with local schemes working to national standards.

The Abbeyfield Braintree Bocking and Felsted Society Limited is a charitable company registered social housing provider. The Society operates two very sheltered housing schemes, an extra care scheme and a retirement village, providing accommodation, care and companionship for older people who chose not to live alone.

To provide a retirement home for blind and partially sighted persons and to promote their welfare, but insofar as there is a vacancy in the home which could not be filled by a blind person, such vacancies may be filled by an elderly person who in the opinion of the directors is in need of the accommodation and services provided by the Charity
