A specialist carers' organisation providing support to care in their own home. We work across all ages and disabilities providing care from childhood into adult care. The service can be regular or occasional and is provided by trained carer support workers who will continue the caring role while carers have a break.

Oasis supports service users by the provision of a safe house for women victims of domestic abuse who flee their homes, and safe resettlement into the community. Oasis also has a community team dedicated to supporting those experiencing domestic abuse to remain in their own homes, by giving support with safety, financial, emotional and legal issues.

Rebuild With Hope Foundation works with individuals with multiple barriers to employment such as ex-offenders, homeless, refugees, ex-services veterans, asylum seekers.We provide direct employment both full and part time. We assist in finding employment & accommodation.We provide training.We operate within a 50 mile radius from Greater Manchester.

THE AIM OF DENVILLE HALL IS TO ENABLE RESIDENTS TO LIVE WITH DIGNITY AND FREEDOM OF CHOICE.

We provide support and care services to help people affected by dementia to live the life they want, in and around North Kent. The services we provide are : Support at Home, The Beacon Day Support, information and guidance, Dementia Cafes, Peer Support Groups, Medway Hospital Dementia Buddies, Kent Dementia Helpline, and Singing Back the Memories.

PEC Trust provides expertise, educational resources and support services to empower people to heat and power their homes affordably, at the same time increasing community confidence to engage in energy issues and to reduce greenhouse gases. These activities will benefit the fuel poor and those most vulnerable. The activities involve one to one and groups and active engagement with stakeholders.

The House of St Barnabas has been supporting those affected by homelessness for over 160 years, helping them to bring about a positive change in their lives by offering a unique Life Skills Programme.The Programme provides participants with personal development coaching, therapies focused on mental and physical well-being, practical and classroom-based hospitality training.

Home-Start Greenwich (HSG) is an independent charity affiliated to Home-Start UK offering support to families with young children in the Royal Borough of Greenwich since 1993.Our volunteers deliver one to one home visiting support to families. HSG provides help, support, advice & parenting strategies at home. HSG has four Ofsted registered childcare settings and manages 7 Children's Centres.

Eckling Grange is a leading local provider of Christian care. It has a 60 room Residential and Dementia Care Home for the elderly, providing personal care and accommodation. 20 of the rooms have additional security, providing secure accommodation. It also provides integrated sheltered accommodation in its 54 bungalows, as well as domiciliary, respite and day care services.

Centre 33 provides free and confidential services to young people up to the age of 25 in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. We support and advocate for young people with their mental health and wellbeing, issues with housing, money, sexual health, education, caring responsibilities and more.
