The Project provides services for people vulnerable through mental health problems, homelessness in Hammersmith and Fulham area. The principal activity of The Project is to run a Drop-In Day Center at its operational address and to provide practical, supportive and empowering services to vulnerable people.

The principal activity is the management of the Almshouses, of Rye Hill and Benwell. The number of flats for occupation by Brethren are 19 at Rye Hill and 41 at Thomas Horsley House.

THis provision includes supported housing, community access scheme, day care for elderly, physically disabled and people with learning and mental health problems, catering, childcare, and social activities and training at The Albemarle Centre Taunton

Our Crisis Assessment Referral Diversity Service provides personal development intervention to people in Manchester age 16-25 at risk or facing homelessness or exploitation.Our weekend breakfast drop in and monthly wellbeing drop-in also provide clothes for adults in need.Our Christmas day shelter project provides free food, company and entertainment for adults in need over the holiday period.

Sisters provide spiritual direction, priestly and pastoral ministry in Oxford and Richmond,London.Gardens are maintained.The Charity is landlord to St John's Care Home, The Friary OFM and Helen & Douglas House, all on the Oxford site.

The charity exists to maintain the hospital which consists of 24 almshouses, a chapel and ancillary buildings. Qualifying persons over 60 entitled to reside here are elected from local parishes. The education foundation provides financial assistance towards the education of persons under 25 years also resident in local parishes.

The Food Chain ensures people living with HIV in London can access the nutrition they need to get well, stay well and lead healthy, independent lives. Our tailored support is delivered by volunteers and includes the most appropriate package of home-delivered meals, groceries, nutrition and cookery classes and communal dinners.
