Chescombe Trust provides a home , care and support for adults who have a Learning Disability.

The main activity is the provision of approximately 1096beds for Residential, Dementia, and Nursing care in 17 Homes throughout England and Wales. In addition the Charity runs approximately 145 sheltered units for those who seek independence and can still look after themselves. Many of these tenants later become residents in the Homes.

We support Adults with Learning Disabilities both in the community and in their own homes.

Primarily involved in supporting homeless and vulnerable veterans who have served in the British armed forces. Services include the provision of accommodation, social work, alcohol counselling, and advocacy.

Family Rights Group is the charity in England and Wales that advises families whose children are involved with or need children's services because of welfare needs or concerns. We promote policies and practices that help children to be raised safely within their families, and campaign for effective support to assist family and friends carers who are raising children that cannot live at home

1:1 or group therapy with qualified therapists using a variety of techniques including art, music or complementary therapies, Mentoring, home visits and parental support around behavior, abuse, poverty and isolation, Support for identified issues such as bereavement and domestic abuse, Partnership work with other services including statutory provision.

The charity owns and maintains the Crich Tramway Village, home of the National Tramway Museum at Crich Derbyshire, which is devoted to tramways and allied interests.

Operating a care home for the frail elderly

Objectives a) the provision of maintenance and repair of places of worship, hostel accommodation and facilities for pilgrims; b) the promotion of public worship; c) the advancement of religion and relief of poverty anywhere in the world. The charity operates the Pilgrim Bureau, a hostel for pilgrims, and the Slipper Chapel at the site of the Walsingham Shrine as well as shops and a cafe.

The charity's objects are to relieve poverty amongst persons in the City of Cambridge who are homeless or sleeping rough

Alzheimer's Support exists to improve quality of life for people with all types of dementia and family carers. Services include: Dementia Advisers, Home Support, Day Clubs, carers groups, Alzheimer Cafes, Music for the Mind, Movement for the Mind, art groups, a range of outdoor activities, training courses for carers and local information and support offices.

We work with partners and communities across the UK to encourage debate, catalyse change, and devise practical actions that contribute to: healthy food for everyone provided through a fair system; a transition to agroecology by 2030; and flourishing rural communities with sustainable land use, nature restoration, good work and affordable homes

Elmore Community Services works with people with complex needs who do not easily fit the remit of other agencies. Needs arise from combinations of problems with mental health, substance misuse, homelessness, offending, exploitation and trafficking, learning and communication difficulties. We work across Oxfordshire. We provide practical help, emotional support, advocacy and outreach.

The Finchley Charities, established in 1488, administer 172 flats for older persons on three estates in the Finchley area. Applicants should be over 55, in housing need, have limited means and have lived in the London Borough of Barnet for at least five years. Financial assistance may be granted to individuals or organisations in relieving persons in the area of benefit in need or hardship.

Care & Repair Cymru is a national charity who work to ensure that all older people in Wales can live independently in warm, safe and accessible homes. We lead the sector, support Care & Repair Agencies, represent older people, advocate for better policy, raise awareness about housing needs, evaluate and publicise outcomes, and make the case for more resources for front line services.

Bradford Cyrenians is a registered charity and a registered social landlord. We offer a range of short/long term accommodation with tenancy related support to vulnerable communities. We also deliver community outreach support. We work with clients presenting with multiple/complex needs such as homelessness, rough sleepers, ex-offenders, domestic abuse victims as well as lone parents.

We give specialist advice, representation and training in Housing, Welfare Rights, Immigration and Employment Law. We are a referral agency.

Scotts Project Trust provides services for adults with a learning disability, including~a residential care home; ~Day Services providing training for those in the Trust's residential homes and others in the local community; and~ a supported living service providing high quality housing and support for those choosing to live more independently in the community.

Homelessness:Client involvement in services and policy. Peer research.Peer advocacy. Peer education.

Group work, outreach, activities and one to one support to vulnerable children and young people living in an area of multiple deprivation; one to one support and programmes to young people at risk of sexual exploitation; on street and intensive ?routes out? support to women engaged in street sex work; outreach, daytime and intensive support services to rough sleepers, and other vulnerable adults.

Our activities work towards improving the art of town and country planning and in reaching our objectives: securing decent homes for everyone in a good human-scale environment combining the best features of town and country; empowering people and communities to influence decisions that affect them; and improving the planning system in accordance with the principles of sustainable development

For the relief of persons who are sick or infirm, aged or poor and for the provision in the interest of health and social welfare of facilities for the recreation and other leisure time occupation of members of the beneficiary class who have need of these facilities by reason of their age, infirmity or disablement or poverty with the object of improving their conditions of life.
