Provide housing for Church of England Clergy and their wives/widows and sometimes supporting children.

Our charity offers Home Care services to frail elderly individuals, enabling them to live independently in their own homes. We provide a variety of classes at our centre, including Chinese calligraphy, Chinese medicine workshops, chair yoga, and a table tennis club, fostering personal well-being. We also operate a Saturday Chinese school for children, teaching Mandarin and Cantonese.

Helping homeless people in need by providing semi-permanent accommodation along with any necessary assistance and support. Much OF Brick by Brick's work focuses on obtaining and developing sites to provide accommodation for the homeless.

The Charity's principle objective is the provision of housing for the elderly.

The object of the Charity is to administer and manage the property in its care.The income of the Estate Charity is to be applied as follows:1. Making small awards made under the governing scheme2. For the benefit of Newcastle Royal Grammar School - 53% of the balance3. As to the remainder for the related Almshouses Charity for the running of two residential homes

To maintain the endowment fund to provide income to Almshouses

Provision of almshouse accommodation for thirteen persons over the age of 55, with a preference for widows and single women, living in the "area of benefit" i.e. the south side of the River Thames up to a radius of 5 miles from the almshouses. Provision of grants to enable elderly people, living in the charity's area of benefit, to remain in their own homes.

Equal Arts is the Northern Region's arts & older people's agency. We aim to improve the quality of people's lives in the North East by enabling older people to have access to high quality arts projects. The main activity of the charity is to run the Almshouses at Gurney Court, Benford Court and The Old Court, Odiham. In addition to running these Almshouses, the Trustees seek to fulfil the wishes of their benefactors by relieving need in the Parish and by making donations to three local schools in the form of library grants.
