Operating throughout Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire and Yorkshire to rescue and rehome dogs that for whatever reason are no longer able to be kept by their original owners. All dogs are neutered and micro-chipped, and new owners are supported by our trained staff. A careful matching process of dog to new owner aims to make sure we find good, loving and appropriate homes for the dogs in our care.

THE CHARITY PROVIDES A WIDE RANGE OF DIRECT SUPPORT SERVICES TO OLDER PEOPLE THROUGHOUT GWENT TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE ADVOCACY; INFORMATION AND ADVICE; DIGITAL PROJECT;HOSPITAL DISCHARGE; COMMUNITY SUPPORT; RESPITE CARE; CARERS PROJECT AND ROBINS WARD SERVICE. THE CHARITY ALSO OFFERS A HOME SUPPORT SERVICE AND LATER LIFE PLANNING SERVICES.

The organisation provides emotional and practical support for people experiencing the effects of homelessness, unemployment, addiction, domestic violence and abuse, poverty or social exclusion. From its HQ in Winchester it offers information, advice, healthcare, food, washing and laundry facilities, recreational facilities, education, counselling, groups, complementary therapies and welfare.

Our mission is to break the cycle of youth homelessness in Hertfordshire through education, advice and support for young people and their families. We work with young people who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or whose families are at risk of relationship breakdown. We also work with care experienced young people and those aged 18-25 with mental health and substance misuse challenges.

Bethesda Eventide Homes provide high quality residential care to elderly residents in an environment where individuals are actively encouraged to retain their own identities and the lifestyle of their choice according to their physical and mental capabilities.

The charity continues to take in animals whose owners can no longer look after them. These animals, where possible, are found homes and those with behaviour problems or needing medical care are given sanctuary for the rest of their lives if needed. Two veterinary clinics in fixed premises, and one in a mobile surgery, are being run to enable those people on low income to have their pets treated.

Within our geographical Branch area, we: accept into our care abandoned, unwanted, sick and injured animals; find loving new homes for animals in our care; offer welfare assistance for animals and owners unable to afford veterinary care; provide education services on animal welfare information & advice to the public, offer subsidised neutering of animals to owners unable to afford the procedure;

The Charity acts as a landlord, letting out commercial and residential properties. The net income, after payment of administrative expenses is then distributed to three constituent charities.

LQPT's prime objective is to advance the religious purposes of Religious Society of Friends (Quakers) Great Britain. To achieve this, its main activity is to maintain, repair, preserve and insure the Quaker Meeting Houses, and other properties within the London area and to help pay for rented accommodation where appropriate.

The provision of advice, counselling, accommodation and housing support services

To provide palliative and supportive care, including pain and symptom control to persons of either sex, any age, without regard to race or creed, who are suffering from any chronic or terminal illness or from any disability or disease attributable to old age or from any other physical or mental infirmity, disability or disease, in such ways as the Trustees shall from time to time think fit.

At the Jessie May Trust we provide a free Palliative Care Service for children and young people who are not expected to live beyond nineteen years. We work in Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.Members of our experienced care team support each family at home with short periods of respite, advice, terminal nursing care and bereavement support.

The objects of the CIO are to relieve people who are in need by reason of homelessness through the prevention, reduction or alleviation of homelessness and the causes of homelessness and by the creation of sustainable communities primarily in but not limited to the East of England by the making of grants, delivery of services to those in need, the creation of sustainable communities etc.

We aim to connect people and grow communities. Brent Mencaps passion for a healthier & fairer Brent from 1979 led to great housing, employment, health, advice, wellbeing & self-advocacy. We adapted & provide social prescribing support & healthcoaching for Brent patients. People with a learning disability, neurodiversity & carers get inclusive support & free creative/wellbeing activities eg yoga,poetry,singing,gardening,self-advocacy & art.

Provide generalist and specialist advice, advise people on their rights, this can include employment, consumer, housing or relationship, debt and benefits-related enquiries.

The charity activities include drug and alcohol rehabilitation, residential support / dispersed housing support in the community and a drop-in-centre for homeless people. Equally, it provides social enterprise, supporting people back into employment. It also educates the public about addiction and social exclusion.
