Ark Resettlement Services is a charity dedicated to reducing reoffending across London. ARK supports and houses ex-offenders on release from prison when they are at risk of homelessness. We focus on individuals who are marginalised, most excluded from other services and who need support to meet their basic human needs, and stability to address their offending and/or substance use.

Derbyshire House provides residential care for anyone over the age of 65 years, who because of physical and some mental incapacity requires help with daily living. The trust aims to provide a warm, loving home for older people who are in need of care. The home is registered by the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a provider of residential care for older people.

The KEY Project provide a range of support services to disadvantaged young people in South Tyneside. We do this by offering: Floating Support, giving practical support to vulnerable young people in their properties; Prevention of Homelessness, mediating between young people and their parents/guardians. We work closely with the local authority, Housing Associations, church and community groups.

SWALLOW provides supported housing, outreach in the community, education, independent living skills training, information, supported employment and work skills experience and social and fitness activiites for people with learning disabilities. We are a user led organisation, responding to the needs and wishes of our members.

We provide support to women and children who have experienced domestic or sexual abuse. This includes safe, confidential accommodation for those that need it; and support to survivors living in the Rotherham area. We provide practical help with resettlement, referrals to other agencies and emotional support to aid recovery from the trauma and loss associated with domestic and sexual abuse.

The provision of a specialist service for individuals with the diagnosis of Asperger Syndrome and their families/carers. Our main aim is to provide a secure and caring environment that enables people to achieve their fullest potential, taking into account the individuals intellectual, physical, emotional and social ability. Independence, training and integration into the community are a priority.

The charity owns a rescue centre in Lancashire. This is staffed by loyal employees who are trained and experienced in all aspects of horse welfare.At the year end, 67 equines were in residence in the centre. Additionally 256 equines were fostered in homes throughout the country.

AF&V LAUNCHPAD'S PURPOSE IS TO REDUCE THE INCIDENCE OF HOMELESSNESS, UNEMPLOYMENT AND SOCIAL DEPRIVATION AMONG VETERANS BY PROVIDING RENTED ACCOMMODATION IN A SINGLE SITE, SPEKE HOUSE IN LIVERPOOL AND AVONDALE HOUSE IN NEWCASTLE. ONCE HOUSED, LAUNCHPAD ENCOURAGES VETERANS TO ENGAGE THE NUMEROUS ORGANISATIONS THAT OFFER HELP WITH TRAINING, SEEKING EMPLOYMENT AND FINDING PERMANENT ACCOMMODATION.

Dentaid The Dentaid Charity provides outreach dental services and oral health programmes for people experiencing homelessness, harm, poverty and abuse. In the UK, the charity has mobile dental units with clinicians providing life-changing care for those experiencing health inequalities. The BrightBites oral health programme delivers messages about toothbrushing, diet & the importance of brushing

We offer high-quality training in the Nurturing Programme to promote the development of good emotional health and relationships. Our aim is to enable children and adults to realise their individual potential, enjoy positive relationships and live healthy and fulfilled lives.

We promote the interests of asylum seekers and refugees, and support initiative to ensure they are welcomed in Wales and are given protection and support. We provide advice and support for refugees, focusing on preventing homelessness.We provide paralegal advice and support for women seeking asylum.We run play development sessions for the children of refugees and asylum seekers.

LONDON BLACK WOMEN'S PROJECT (LBWP) PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES UNDER A FRAMEWORK TO END VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN AND GIRLS: EMERGENCY ACCOMMODATION AND HOUSING SUPPORT SERVICES, COUNSELLING, SERVICE FOR YOUNG WOMEN AND GIRLS INCLUDING SUPPORT GROUPS, AND LEGAL ADVICE AND INFORMATION.IN ADDITION LBWP PROVIDES CAPACITY BUILDING TRAINING TO PROFESSIONALS, RESEARCH AND POLICY DEVELOPMENT.
