Home for Good exists to encourage people to foster and adopt, and inspire and equip churches to welcome and support families that foster and adopt.

To relieve the financial and emotional hardship of Muslim detainees/former detainees & families held in the UK and abroad (so long as families are resident/citizens of the UK). By way of provision of counselling, emotional and practical support and financial assistance if the need arises.

Provision of information, advice, support services and refuge to any resident of Knowsley Borough affected by domestic violence including victim/survivors and children

Provision for children, families and young people through resourcing churches and other organizations, and by supporting Christian workers worldwide especially those involved therein as well as the care of orphans, education and literature distribution. Maintaining our unique heritage of supporting children. Grants may be made only where partnership exists and not for unsolicited requests.

St. Paul's Hostel provides a 24-hour direct access hostel for homeless aged 16 or over in the City of Worcester. The charity provides support to clients across the county with a wide range of issues which caused their homelessness and provide the support and care necessary to enable our clients to assume the level of independence for which they are capable of taking responsibility.

To reduce the impact of substance misuse on the health, safety and social wellbeing of individuals and the wider community. We achieve this by identifying, assessing and engaging individuals through a variety of interventions and services that are geared to supporting the recovery journey. SMART CJS also provides services for the relief of rough sleeping and homelessness.

The relief of poverty through provision of housing, accommodation and assistance to help house people in needy circumstances and associated facilities and amenities. The advancement of education including developing skills for coping with life and employment and providing advice to people in ineedy circumstances and providing training and advice to other porviders of housing and accommodation.

Supporting families with young children who may be experiencing difficulties. Volunteers offering support in family home or in group setting. Parents benefit from support, friendship and practical help, from volunteers who have parenting experience. Service is free and confidential.

To provide a residential home for the elderly in need living in Ilfracombe, Braunton, Barnstaple and the surrounding districts provided that preference is given to those residing in the former Urban District of Ilfracombe.

To improve the lives of carers in Enfield by championing their right to have choice about how their needs are met and to have a voice in shaping how services are developed for those they care for. We support Carers by providing training, information, advocacy, various support groups, counselling, complementary therapy, respite activities, replacement care and home/personal care services.

To provide housing or other accomodation and any associated amenities, services and assistance for the beneficiaries. To relieve any other need of the beneficiaries primarily by providing support, training and advice and to advance the education of the public in the subject of domestic, relational and sexual violence and related issues and the prevention and treatment of the same.

To give assistance to elderly poor people through the provision of sheltered almshouse accommodation, the upkeep of almshouse properties and estate, and the provision of social activities and other communal facilities and services for the benefit of the almshouse community.

Our charitable objects are given life through a number of projects, including: homelessness outreach, befriending of carers, supported placements for adults with learning disabilities, food banks, personal budget coaching, and support to reduce social isolation in older people.

Provision of temporary housing accommodation to people with special housing needs, assisting residents in acquiring and developing living skills and assisting them to move on to independent accommodation.

Dementia Forward exists to provide specialist support, advice and information to anyone affected by dementia. Support is given from pre diagnosis to end of life through a range of services including home visits by our specialist dementia support team as well as running community wellbeing services. Our services have been designed to give North Yorkshire folk the right support at the right time.

The remit of the Foundation is the alleviation of poverty, hunger and homelessness in Pret markets around the world. The Foundation fulfils its remit through activities including surplus food redistribution, targeted grant giving, and shelter/employment programmes.

To provide supported housing for vulnerable single young people between the ages of 18-29, predominantly young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, with support tailored to each individual so that they can develop independent living skills that will enable them to belong, contribute and thrive when they move on to living independently.

ACCI provides a daily resource centre and Assertively managed (dual diagnosis), Intensive Supported (acutely vulnerable women) supported accommodation, assertive outreach, housing, counselling & therapy service to African Caribbean people (but not exclusively) who have mental ill health, including those who also have learning and less severe physical disabilities. Largest Carers Group regionally.

AUKP supports older people in Portsmouth and SE Hampshire to live fulfilling lives, remaining independant as long as possible. AUKP offers various social activities, Cafe, foot care, beauty and hairdressing. Information & Advice is always available as are Benefits checks. Help in the Home and Garden supports less able people to remain in their own homes by providing DBS-checked and trained staff.

The St Bride Foundation provides a cultural, social and educational facility in the west of the City of London. The Foundation is the home to the St Bride Library, the Bridewell Theatre as well as number meeting rooms and halls.

The Elizabeth Foundation provides a range of early intervention and support services for very young deaf children and babies, and their families. These include emotional support and advice for families at the time of diagnosis and the period after diagnosis, nursery group education programmes (Ofsted registered), one-to-one education and support, and a Home Learning Programme.
