THE GENESIS TRUST OPERATES WITHIN THE CITY OF BATH PROVIDING SERVICES TO THOSE IN NEED; PARTICULARLY THE HOMELESS AND VULNERABLY HOUSED. ITS ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF MEALS, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS (FURNITURE), ADVICE AND SIGNPOSTING, LIFESKILLS ACTIVITIES AND WORK PLACEMENTS.

Provision of services to older or disadvantaged people in their homes. Providing personal care, cleaning, shopping, foot care, well being and other essential services that enables them to remain independent and living in the community. Provision of care in Extra Care Developments.

Ensuring quality of life for horses ponies & donkeys by providing a healthy & secure future. Operating an effective rescue rehabilitation & rehoming programme actively promoting & encouranging responsible equine ownership. Supporting & working closely with local communities & organisations. Educating children with emotional behavioural & learning difficulties through our Discovery Programme.

Provision of services for older people in the Council areas of Wyre Forest, Bromsgrove and Redditch.Services include Help at Home, Befriending, Social Activities, Information and Advice.

In supporting victims and survivors who are living with or fleeing Domestic Violence and Abuse, we provide the following services:- Advice Helpline;- Emergency Refuge accommodation and support;- Training programmes for Children, Young People and Adults;- Therapeutic Intervention;- Advocacy, emotional and practical support;- Interpretation, translation and Immigration Services

A whole range of activities including twice weekly parent/ carers and toddlers group; a football team, Hub Athletic; sports coaching; after school clubs, Hub Art club and a youth club; a Foodbank; Mentoring for young people referred by St Thomas Hospital A&E staff; Night shelter for the homeless in partnership with Robes project; Debt advice service; and Waterloo Farm.

CRASH is a grant making charity, providing grants, pro bono professional expertise and materials to Homelessness Charities and Hospices to improve their buildings. CRASH acts as a facilitator, for companies in the construction industry to help homeless people and people with life limiting illnesses.

Every year we take in and rehome over 400 dogs and cats which may be unwanted or lost and homeless. We provide a secure and caring environment and help all our animals adapt and find permanent, loving new homes. We also provide support and guidance for pet owners and undertake educational work to increase awareness of the responsibility we all have towards animals and their welfare.

The provision of rented homes for local people who cannot afford to buy or long-term rent accommodation at current market rates.

The Charity will provide grants for local charities and social purpose organisations which support through their constitution and activities for the public benefit any one or more of the following charitable causes: a) The Homeless (including Modern Slavery); b) Social Inclusion; c) Youth Development; d) Well-being; and e) Culture and the Arts.

CHRISTIAN CARE HOME AND BUNGALOWS FOR THE ELDERLY

Providing accommodation and support for homeless people, various activities to help support people in the form of courses, a gym for their health and wellbeing, along with activities such as the involvement in the homeless games

The services are in 3 main areas:Counselling - relationship, individual, family and children's counselling, psychosexual therapyMediation - family, workplace and housing mediationEducation - training, CPD and peer listening for schools and life skills for individualsAlso run a child contact centre

Regular public worship open to all sacred space for personal prayer and contemplation Pastoral work Teaching of Christianity through sermons courses/small groups provision of childrens/youth groups with a Christian ethos promoting whole mission of the Church councilling and support services for seniors/parents/toddlers/homeless/vulnerable/other special need groups Community outreach

Provide refuge services for women and their children fleeing domestic violence/abuse and provision of high risk IDVA services and Court IDVA services in the community.

The Society of Christ provides priests for parishes in various parts of the country where there is a substantial Polish Community and is running one residential care home for the Polish Community.

Provide support services for women, children and young people who are survivors of Domestic Abuse. Services include Advice Centres, Outreach, Refuge Accommodation, Children's Services and Therapeutic Services.

Emmaus Greenwich provides a home and work for formerly-homeless men and women (our Companions). To help fund our community and to give our companions meaningful work, we collect and sell second-hand furniture, clothes etc and sell them in our shops in London. Our goal is to help homeless people regain their self-respect and help them move on to independent living.

To provide information, advice, assistance and representation to anyone on a range of issues, including welfare benefits, debt, housing, employment, relationship, consumer and legal. To exert a responsible influence on the development of policies locally and nationally.

To provide a residential care home for the elderly

BHT Early Education and Training offers support, training and development alongside care and education for children and families in the Bradford area, operating 4 childcare facilities for children 0-11 years, a language and communication programme for children accessing nursery provision, schools and in their homes, together with support activities and training for parents and professionals.

The objectives of the charity are to improve the quality of life for people and communities, particularly for those who suffer disadvantage as a result of exclusion from the labour market and inadequate access to essential services.

Local Infrastructure Organisation providing services to frontline VCS groups in Organisational Development and volunteering. Projects include: Weekend Care, engagement projects with adults of working age or with a learning disability, Quality For Health, Regional Voices, Molly and Bill (Active Care Homes) and capacity building for the NHS.
