The relief of poor and/or disabled masons and/or wifes and widows who are poor and/or disabled in particular the provision of accomodation in Herefordshire

The Mansion House represents the official residence of the Lord Mayor and as such is used for a wide range of Civic events, such as Civic lunches and dinners, the Lady Mayoress at HOME receptions for visiting dignitaries to the City and coffee mornings in aid of local charities, particularly those linked to the Lord Mayor's themes for their year in office.

To help people of Pakistani origin in the London Borough of Hounslow and its sorrounding areas in any matters that may be required including, Cultural, Education, Social Services, Police, Housing etc

TO PROVIDE A HOME FOR AGED PERSONS OF 60 YEARS AND UPWARDS WHO HAVE FOR 3 YEARS OR MORE RESIDED IN THE CIVIL PARISH OF HURSTPIERPOINT,SAYERS COMMON,ALBOURNE, CLAYTON OR KEYMER

TO HELP CLERGY WIDOWS AND RETIRED CLERGY IN CASES OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, PARTICULARLY WITH HOUSING COSTS. SOCIAL EVENTS ARE HELD AND THE SERVICES OF A DIOCESAN OFFICER AND VISITORS ARE PROVIDED.

Management of Styleman's Almshouses in Bexley High Street

Christian churches working together to promote the gospel in all aspects. We provide schools workers through the Schools Team Ministry part of CTB. Project 58/7 feeds and cares for the homeless. We are also involved with food banks and the provision of Street Pastors.We have links with Christians against Poverty We hold three United Celebration services a year and hold prayer meetings.

THE CHARITY WAS FORMED TO PROVIDE ALMSHOUSES FOR 17 POOR PERSONS OF EITHER SEX, MARRIED OR UNMARRIED AND BEING MEMBERS OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND OF WHOM, AS NEARLY AS POSSIBLE, SIX SHALL BE WOMEN AND ELEVEN SHALL BE MEN. ALMSPEOPLE SHALL HAVE RESIDED IN THE CITY OF CANTERBURY FOR NOT LESS THAN 7 YEARS AND SHALL BE PERSONS OF NOT LESS THAN 55 YEARS OF AGE.

We were set up for the people who live in and around the parish of Veryan on the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall, so they could access sport. We are the home of Veryan Indoor Bowls, Veryan & District Outdoor Bowls, Veryan Cricket Club, Veryan and District Tennis Club and Veryan Football Club.

To provide housing for aged persons over the age of 65 or more, or of infirm persons, being inhabitants of the Urban District of Rayleigh.

The Charity is a trust and was founded in 1687 to provide almshouses for the poor and widows and widowers in the parish of Quainton

The Charity provides accommodation for needy persons who are near or over retirement age. Preference is given to those living within the parish of Stoneleigh but similarly qualified persons living within other parishes in Warwickshire are considered.

Almshouse accommodation for ladies over 59 years of age. Education and training, help young people.

The trust was established in 1904 by Joseph Milnthorp for the purposes of providing homes for persons in need, having "no regard to the religious or political opinions of the applicants who must be unable to maintain themselves in comfort by their own means or exertions".

The provision of low cost houses and flats for rent to persons in need, with preference being given to those born or who have lived for the last 10 years in the former borough of Launceston. Such charitable purposes for the benefit of the residents as the trustees decide.

Supporting the work of Rehoboth Children's Home in the Philippines.

An almshouse charity operating exclusively within the town of Macclesfield, Cheshire, providing accommodation for poor married couples, widows or spinsters

We provide care for sick, unwanted, neglected cats and kittens, that we rescue and rehome, to new loving homes. No cat is put to sleep, unless it is suffering and no hope of recovery.

This is only a small charity originally set up to cover the Parish of Slapton, Bucks which it now does. It is not sufficiently financed to work further afield.

Relief of animals suffering from injury sickness ill treatment maltreatment or neglect including accomodation for unwanted and homeless animals. Education to prevent suffering and clinics for reception treatment and if necessary painless destruction of animals beyond all help.

To maintain the almshouse and provide support for the residents.
