To provide and assist with the provision of facilities for education at Hiltingbury Infant and Junior Schools.

The trust owns almshouses in the form of four flats in Thornbury and makes grants in to those in need in the parish. This trust also owns a commercial property on Thornbury High Street, and allotments with over 140 plots. The rental income of the commercial property and allotments helps to finance the Almshouses and grants.

Almshouses for the poor of Garstang.

The fund assists serving and retired officers and their partners in times of need. As well as providing financial support by way of grants or interest free loans to those suffering hardship, we also cover out-of-pocket expenses incurred in using convalescent homes which provide a range of therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of officers.

We cook & provide hot meals for people aged 50+ and their carers in Rossington Memorial Hall. For people unable to come to the hall we deliver meals to their homes.

Support for retired Anglican clergy and partners

The Stoke Hill Community Association has its home at - St Katherine's Priory, St Katherine's Road, Exeter, Devon EX4 7JY - Activities run at the centre include - Bingo - Community Cafe - Community Gardening - Craft and Hobby Activities - Open Days - Kenpo Karate - Exeter Model Engineering Society - The Exeter Miniature Railway - 72A Model Railway Club - Whist - and many other community activities.

The general objective of the charity is the provision of housing for pensioners.

Upkeep and maintenance of Ashton Almshouses in Dunstable.

To provide four homes for selected elderly residents of Bolsover

We aim to improve everyone's quality of life by fostering the community spirit and by bringing people together. The overall plan is to operate a programme of diverse events appealing to as wide a range of interests as possible, offer hirings, provide a home for the North Wraxall Playgroup (both pre-school and toddlers groups), and make modest grants to improve local amentities.

Provision of housing for poor persons over the age of 65.

Provides housing for poor and aged members of trade unions and others, provides a museum for advancement of education of the public in the Tolpuddle Martyrs

The Trust manages a terrace of five houses in the centre of the town of Alcester and uses the profit from the income received in rents to make donations and grants which will provide maximum benefit for the people of Alcester

The charity aims to provide accommodation for deserving cases of women in the city of Sunderland who are in need of support. There is also a commitment to maintain the Almshouses in which the wardens and residents live. This is funded through grants, investments and contributions from residents.

Provision of almshouse accommodation for those aged over 60 in the Deanery of Cuckfield, members of a Christian denomination (preference given to members of the C of E, resident in the Parish of Cuckfield) and capable of independent living

The charity covers a listed building which is leased to various organisations within the village.

Housing provision for widows & spinsters over 65 in Ilkley

Provision of housing for local people over 50 years of age. Capacity 12 single bedroom houses.

The objectives of the charity continues to be the provision and maintenance of almshouses for two or more needy men and women as set out in the trust deed.

To provide subsidised housing for people in need, with a preference being given to Single Women residing in Tywyn.
