To provide Support, Supplies, and Sanctuary to Refugees and Asylum Seekers in Bristol and other areas of the United Kingdom by providing free and essential living items and a safe welcome space and signposting to our partner services for practical help in Housing, Legal Advice and Medical Help.

From our base in Leicester we operate a drop in facility for people exploited by or at risk of sexual exploitation. We carry out two out reach sessions in the City two nights a week and bi weekly out reach sessions during the day to the county. We provide access to City Council housing services, Drug and Alcohol workers, GUM and GP services.

Alms Housing for the elderly

Provide free and confidential information, advice and assistance on all issues by way of drop in services at our 2 offices and also outreach at community venues in the District. We also provide advice, information and assistance by telephone and e mail. We provide specialist casework for Debt, Welfare Benefits and Housing issues.

We offer a relocation solution for Sierra slum dwellers. Our Christian vision to close slums in 25 years is already being fulfilled, building a pilot village moving the first 2,000 people. Also taking your corporate and church teams as part of leadership development/CSR.

Church on the Heath started its life on what was then the new housing development of Elvetham Heath in Fleet twenty-four years ago. We are a partnership of Anglican, Methodist, Baptist and United Reformed churches but just one church family learning to love God, serve others and live out our call to be a community where everyone can encounter the transforming love of Jesus.

The Countryside Education Trust helps children and adults understand, protect and conserve the countryside. Home Farm is its residential centre, with an educational farm, garden, and orchard. The new Fort Climate Centre focuses on climate education. Nearby Treehouse classrooms in ancient woodland inspire broader environmental activities. The Trust provides practical provision & support for people in need helping through the provision of furniture, household items & clothing. We run money & employability advice alongside helping people with seeking housing, these mentoring & support programmes aim to help people to reach their full potential. To benefit the community by trapping & neutering feral cats thus limiting their numbers to avoid health hazards and nuisance. To educate the public on health and care of cats and kittens in order to alleviate and obviate distress and cruelty.

Provision of day centre services for homeless and vulnerable people including those suffering from addiction.

Steps2Recovery aims to improve the lives of people in the criminal justice system affected by alcohol or drug dependency, providing high quality, abstinence-based treatment options and housing, health and family support. Based in Hackney, we support clients to improve the quality of their lives and to fulfil their potential without recourse to alcohol, drugs and re-offending.

The charity offers free, confidential and impartial advice on a range of topics including welfare benefits, money and debt, employment, housing, consumer matters and legal issues.

Friendship at Home (FAH) CIO started in September 2006, The aim of our organisation is to help combat isolation and loneliness across NEL and to improve older people?s quality of life. We offer a range of support including: information and advice, one to one and telephone befriending; social and exercise clubs, dementia support and support after hospital discharge.

We are a Christian organisation whose objectives and activities are to relieve need or hardship in Reading. We work in three specific areas:1. ReadiFood - acting as Reading's foodbank2. Street work - feeding rough sleepers 3. A Bed for the Night (B4N) - co-ordinating a winter night shelter with local churches

We are a foodbank and support charity based in Penge, South East London. Our mission is to ensure that people have food, guidance and support of an uplifting community to live life to the fullest.Our services are free to use and include a foodbank, clothes bank, hot meals, free cafe, community choir, counselling and help with benefits,debt and housing issues.

Agenda works to ensure that women & girls at risk of abuse, poverty, poor mental health, addiction and homelessness get support and protection; campaigns for systems to be transformed; raises awareness across sectors; and promotes public understanding. YMCA has a homeless hostel for young men aged 16-35 with ongoing support. We also provide a centre based community centre which offers a range of facilities which includes a computer suite, climbing wall, gym facilities and training rooms. YMCA Port Talbot offers a range of services which includes education/training, sporting, health/fitness and cultural activities.

SUPPORT THROUGH TRAINED VOLUNTEERS TO PEOPLE LEAVING HOSPITAL WHO ARE WITHOUT FRIENDS OR RELATIVES AND WHO NEED UP TO SIX WEEKS TO ADAPT TO 'CHANGED CIRCUMSTANCES'. ALSO A SUPPORT SERVICE TO CARERS WITH DEPENDENTS WHO HAVE CANCER. ALSO A 'TELECARE' SUPPORT SERVICE IN ASSOCIATION WITH PCT AND SOCIAL SERVICES.
