IROKO utilises the arts, in particular but not exclusively African arts - storytelling, drama, music, dance, arts and crafts to engage, educate and improve the quality of life of disadvantaged people from different backgrounds, age groups and abilities through workshops, performances, exhibitions, training, research and provision of resources.
