For the benefit of the Jericho community, Oxford residents and the general public; to preserve and enhance the historical heritage in and around Jericho by the provision of educational facilities including the establishment of a Community Centre, a Heritage Centre, the restoration of a working boat yard and a communal open space. To provide affordable social housing for key workers.
