The objects of the Association are the advancement of the mental, moral and physical welfare and development of school pupils through the medium of swimming.The Association shall have the following powers:a) to teach swimming, diving ,life-saving, personal survival and water safety to children of all ages.b) to promote and arrange competitions as the Association deems necessary.
