Wyre Juniors FC based at its two venues Preesall Park and Pilling Memorial Park, promotes community participation in healthy recreational youth football for the benefit of all children between 4-18yrs by the provision of facilities and FA qualified coaches to develop children's football skills and provide for their involvement in grass roots football.

We raise money through voluntary donations from Manchester United F.C. fans and then support children's organisations, which are dealing with homelessness in Manchester and are providing access to amateur sport, namely association football, in both Munich Germany and Belgrade Serbia for disadvantaged and disaffected children and young persons.

The Group was formed to provide an essential part of the rehabilitation process after a heart attack or heart surgery. This is done through regular Monthly Meetings, exercise classes, walking group, art group and swimming sessions. Members are kept in touch through a quarterly Newsletter.

Provision of football activities (coaching and games) for all children (boys and girls) in the surrounding areas from ages 4-17.Also our facilities are available for the use by other organisations (Running club, indoor bowling club etc.)

A village hall available for all local people. Regular groups include Brownies, a Youth Theatre Group, U3A music and scrabble, dancing groups, special sessions for people with disabilities, Carpet Bowls, local conservation group and other local interest groups. Provides grant funding that supports Sir William Borlase's School in delivering activities that promote and enable widespread participation in the sport of rowing at a recreational and elite performance level and that support the provision of facilities that are accessible beyond the school membership.

Brand new (2019) large village hall with stage and car parking run by group of volunteers. The village pre-school, a senior activity group, local am drams and various evening clubs such as Martial Arts, Brownies, model helicopter and race car clubs use the hall. Also used for parties, weddings, charity fund raising events. Income to cover running costs derived from letting fees/fund raising.

Patchway Community Centre provides a safe and welcoming place for the local and surrounding communities to meet, we have over 25 regular groups consisting of Martial Arts, Luncheon clubs for the over 55's , Pre school and Tots , Mother and toddler group, AA, Senior Citizens, Zumba Classes, Ballroom, Latin and Sequence dancing, P.H.A.B and many more.
