Provides financial and other support to organisations providing young people in the Long Eaton area specifically through the ownership of a sports hall currently let to Long Eaton Judo club

Sports field & facilities.

We provide sports facilities for children and families in Widecombe in the Moor and surrounding districts. The provision at the present time is for table tennis, tennis, hockey and a play area.

To raise funds through fundraising activities and securing grants in order to provide educational and sports equipment and facilities for the children at Central Primary School, Watford.

We provide football for boys and girls aged from 8 to 12 years inclusive regardless of race or religion and apart from asking parents for a small annual membership fee the football is provided free of charge.

Cricket, football and other sporting activities

Donations can vary each year. During 2008 typical donations were made to Dorset Masonic Care, Julia's house, West Bay Sailing Club, Dorset Kidney Fund, Pilsdon Manor and CLIC Sargent.

Raising money to support the purchase of school equipment and activitiesThis year we ran discos at Autumn and Easter terms and we had a sponsored walk in the Autumn. We also ran various lunch time sales for eg. Christmas gifts and hats, Mothers Day gifts, Fathers Day gifts and hot chocolate, sold Sports Day refreshments and held various raffles and a Summer Prize Draw.

Chapel Hall Toddlers provide a place where pre school children and their parents/carers can enjoy playing in a safe and fun environment. We provide a range of toys for all ages, baby play mat, soft play, arts and craft table, books, climbing frame with slide.

Sports & recreation. i.e. Football and other ball sports. Community activities, e.g. annual fete and bonfire.

Works closely with sports clubs and sports organisations in the Haslemere area to promote community benefit through sport and in particular with the provision and development of sports and recreational facilities in the area in the interests of social welfare.
