Our Charity provides opportunities for disadvantaged inner city children to enhance their life chances through sailing.

The club has agreed and in place a sports development plan. Key actions are to further develop playing and training facilities for the wider community (a all weather training area was opened in January 2008) and to expand membership and community use.

The advancement of the amateur sport of basketball in Northamptonshire and the surrounding area for the public benefit by the provision of:1) Facilities for participation in the sport of basketball 2) Advancing education and promoting community participation in healthy recreation3) Providing grants and bursaries to increase community participation in basketball

To improve and maintain the Old Spotted Dog ground, clubhouse, and warehouse for the object of the charity which is to provide sports facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation to the inhabitants of London Borough of Newham and its surrounding areas.

OUR MAIN FUNCTION IS TO ADVANCE THE HINDU RELIGION ACCORDING TO THE TEACHING OF LORD SWAMINARAYAN SET OUT IN THE SAMPRADAY SCRIPTURES.THE OTHER AREAS INCLUDE : HEALTH AWARENESS; PROVIDE FOR SCHOOL RELIGIOUS EDUCATION VIA SCHOOL VISITS TO THE TEMPLE; MOTHER TONGUE TEACHING; CULTURAL / ARTS / SPORTS ACTIVITIES FOR THE YOUNG, THE ELDERLY AND THE DISABLED; PROVIDE ADVOCACY, ADVICE AND INFORMATION.

We manage, maintain and develop New Earswick Swimming Pool which we hire to local not-for-profit groups, commercial swim schools and local schools

Thurrock Rugby Club's charitable purpose is the promotion of rugby as a participation sport in the community and recreational and fitness activity more generally.

Bright Ideas for Tennis aims to get more people playing more tennis. We support tennis venues in the UK by helping to increase membership numbers, raising participation levels, and improving playing facilities. We provide clubs with a means to generate funds in order to develop their existing coaching programme, or to complete larger capital projects such as floodlighting, or court resurfacing.

The JCR is a student-run organisation at Van Mildert College, Durham University; it represents their interests and supports their personal development and education through wider student experience activities such as sports, societies, events and our Outreach projects where our dedicated student-volunteers work in our local community and fundraise to sustain their activities.

We use sport and social activities to help disadvantaged and/or minoritized people and communities of all ages to have better physical and mental health. Sports and activities provided include badminton, basketball, table-tennis, football, organised walks, stretching and wellbeing exercises. Activities mostly take place in Westminster, Wandsworth, and Kensington & Chelsea.

To support the College by, in particular:(1) receiving requests from the Governing Body of the College for financial assistance for the development of the College not funded by the Learning & Skills Council; (2) the provision of the College site and the sports field ('The Green Fields') for the purposes of the College; (3) enhancing the resources of the Charity for the benefit of the College.

Community Sports Club and associated facilities

The Main Focus of Walker Central FC is to develop and continue to build on the strong relationships within the community to enable people living in the surrounding areas to become part of a local charitable football club. Our Motto has always been "Keep the kids off the streets" and this is what Walker Central FC is all about. We offer a safe haven for children age 4 up to 16.

Wimbledon Greyhound Welfare exists to care for and find homes for former racing greyhounds.
