In relation to Chesham Bois CE Combined School, provide education & recreational facilities; assist in the educational advancement & development of pupils; assist in the general development & well being of the pupils; and promote any other activities which benefit the School & or pupils.

The charity maintains the Hall for the benefit of local organisations and individuals for a variety of activities including Preschool, Camera Club, Horticultural Society. Choir, Scouts, Beavers, Lunch Club, Art Group and Pilates classes. The Hall is available for private parties. The Committee runs regular fund-raising events e.g. travelling theatre group.

Provides buildings, facilities and open space for education, training and religious activities together with other social, leisure and cultural events. This primarily for the local community but is available for the public generally including other charities and voluntarybodies.

The object of the charity is the "provision and maintenance of a village hall for the use of the inhabitants of Siddington without distinction of political, religious, or other opinions, including use for meetings, lectures and classes, and for other forms of recreation, and leisure-time occupation, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants".

To provide entertainment, educational and cultural support for the senior citizen members of the association in Penarth and the immediate area.

We help young people achieve their full physical, intellectual and social potential as responsible citizens and as members of their local national and international communities. We aim to do this by holding weekly meetings for Beavers, Cubs and Scouts and through outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, canoeing, climbing etc.

To provide sports facilities for the village of Earls Barton

To maintain and improve the Village Hall, so that locally based organisations and individuals have the facilities that they need, to host their social, recreational and educational activities, at a cost that they can afford; for the benefit of all in the village; promoting a healthy, caring village community.

The charity's activities are to maintain the local recreation ground & sports pavilion, enhance the provision of sports in the village, and support good causes locally.

THAXTED TENNIS CLUB provide facilities and access to tennis

Holding various fundraising activities throughout the year within the school environment. Such activities include: Christmas and Summer Fairs, Race Nights, School Discos, Family Fun Nights and serving refreshments at school organised events like sports day and school productions.

Local Beaver, Cub and Scout Group taking part in organised events, sailing, anything that comes under the Scout Association.

To provide physical and mental stimulation and activities for young people eg; hiking,camping and training to take there place in a multicultural society

Musical entertainment: concerts in halls and parks.Musical tuition.

To run and maintain the Village Hall for the education, recreation and entertainment of the residents of Sturton by Stow and the Surrounding district, without prejudice to nationality or religious belief
