The village hall is for the use of all villagers and surrounding villages. It is used for charity, educational, social and recreational purposes. The Village Hall Committee raises money for the upkeep of the hall.

A rural youth movement for members aged between 10 and 26yrs to meet, fundraise for themselves and enjoy social events. Activities include drama, entertainments & pantomime at which the club excels, all sports competitions, public speaking competitions, stock-judging and cattle rearing, fundraising for local charities and skills/training. This is a member led organisation.

trains young people from ages 8 - 18 on discipline, team building, seamanship skills, sailing, boat handling and demonstrating how they can each develop and grow to become upstanding members of the local community

To maintain and develop projects and activities based on the Saron Welfare Hall for the benefit of the whole community of Saron.To further improve the leisure cultural and educational facilities for the whole community

The charity supports the furtherance of Scouting and Girl Guiding for able and disabled youngsters in the parish of Walton-On-The-Hill and neighbourhood by providing suitable social facilities for community use. The HQ is the venue for weekly meetings and provides storage for camping and other equipment. It is used by Dyscover, a charity for people with aphasia and by a pre-school soft play group.

Steppingley Village Association is the governing body of Steppingley Village Hall and Steppingley Recreational Association. We organise a variety of social and leisure activities throughout the year for children, youth and adults. We maintain and manage the village hall, village pavilion, recreation ground and the children's play area for the benefit of the village and its neighbourhood.

Training and development of young people - Outdoor activities, ie camping abseiling etc., and life skills incorporated in badge work

The Charity manages a sports field under a 98 year lease from the local Council together with land in its own ownership whereby it provides use of playing fields for recreational purposes for the inhabitants of Brompton and the surrounding neighborhood, facilities for sport recreation and leisure time for the purpose of relaxation. We also manage Weavers Pavilion.

Promote benefit of the inhabitants of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St Peter Stonebroom and the neighbourbood by the advancement of education and the provision of facilities for recreation and leisure time occupation.

To promote Horticulture within the village environment and beyond.

Helping people with any disablement whether it be mental or physical to overcome theirproblems and give them confidence in water by teaching them to swim etc.

Education and learning The Scouting group provides a safe and structured environment to enable youngsters to experience a wide range of activities. These are covered within the badgework programme of the Scout Organisation as well as fund raising, day trips, camping and overseas trips. These are all supervised by fully qualified CRB cleared adults endorsed by The Scout Association.

The village hall is available for hire and is used for meetings, lectures, classes and for other forms of recreation and leisuretime activities including scouts, youth activities, dances, parties and wedding receptions.

LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR ADULTS WITH A LEARNING DISABILITY WITHIN A STRUCTURED SETTING OF A CLUB.

Recreation and learning activities for children between the ages of 6 - 15

To provide interior and exterior space for the use of the general public in pursuit of sporting and recreational activities.

A self managed allotment association providing horticulture facilities for current and new members. Raised beds are provided for members with mobility impairment or other disabilities. Support for local groups , including the Scout or Guide Associations by providing space for activities within the allotment site. Fund raising support for other charities e.g. Macmillan Cancer Support.

Education and development of young people through a variety of activities and competitions including public speaking, stock judging, cookery and sports. 10 clubs across the county organise their own weekly meeting. Emphasis on social, fundraising and travel opportunities too.

Providing recreational activities for the rural youth, through training, competitions and sport.

To raise funds for All Saints' C of E Primary School (Playground/Classroom/Sports equipment etc)

To provide facilities in the interest of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of the life for the inhabitants of Kingskerswell and the neighbourhood.

We provide recreational facilities for the enjoyment of Skittles, Dances, BBQs and Quiz Nights as well as an Annual Flower Show and other events primarily for the villagers of the parish
