The objective of the Club is to provide a mixture of social, welfare and recreational facilities and leisure time occupation for the inhabitants of the Area Of Benefit (Mapleton and the surrounding neighbourhood) for the purpose of improving the quality of life and sense of community cohesion for the said inhabitants.

Lady's Creative Centre is a charity to help women from different backgrounds/cultures to release their talent and find a place in the community. Activities include classes in painting/drawing (for both members and tenants of local estates), and in Spanish, yoga, craft. Also fundraising, social & special events, exhibitions, and a dolls house museum. It also helps priority and disadvantaged people.

The objects of the charity shall be to advance education and to provide facilities recreation or other leisue time occupation in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving the conditions of life for women in the area of benefit without disinction of political, religious or other opinions.

Education and training; arts/culture/heritage/science; amateur sport; environment/conservation/heritge.

To provide a Village Hall facility for Social, Recreational, Educational and Village Governance use by the local Community of Brassington. Also to provide this facility for use by others not resident in the Parish of Brassington at the discretion of the Village Hall Management Committee.

The Parish Council owns the Recreation Ground which is held in charity & provides Recreation Facilities for the village. All councillors are Trustees & maintain & administer the Facilities including football & cricket pitches, basketball court, children's playground & a wildlife area. Sponsored walks & running clubs use the grounds.The Pavilion is used as a meeting place for community events.

The Village Hall is held for the use of the inhabitants of the Parish of Thurloxton without distinction of political religious or other opinions including use for meetings lectures and classes and for other forms of recreation and leisure-time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

To provide a facility within the community which can be used by community projects, sports groups and individuals for private hire.

PCC meetings,Parish council meetings, Local and National elections, Pre-School group, W.I.meetings, ,Art ,Craft and fitness classes, Talks and lillustrated lectures ,Family Parties, Wedding receptions, Dances, Exhibitions, Coffee mornings, Social events to raise funds for maintenance of the charity premises.

To support voluntary youth and community organisations which are furthering the recreational or social welfare needs of the community in Tameside and the surrounding areas.

The provision and maintenance of the village hall for the use by the residents of Bredon and Bredon's Norton and surrounding areas for meetings, lectures, and classes of an educational nature and for recreational/leisure activities with the object of providing 'added value' to the lives of local people many of whom are elderly.

Provision of facilities and other leisure-time activities, not normally provided by the Local Authority, for older people within the local community.

Troedrhiwdalar YFC is open to all young people age 10 to 26 years of age. The programme includes; training, community projects, rural crafts, sport, drama and much more.

Grants given to children towards education ,social development and sporting activities to encourage full potential reached

Publication and distribution of the "Flying Roll" through advertising.

Monthly socials, trips/outings, christmas party, other sporting activities including disabled sports games

Fundraising, maintaining, organising and managing the Colebrooke Parish Hall and the activities held therein to provide for and accommodate community events and pastimes, and a recreational facility for the inhabitants, young and old, of the villages of Colebrooke, Coleford and Penstone and their rural environs.

Provision of Hall and open space leisure and sports facilities for the benefit of the local community for private and village wide functions.

To raise funds to provide extra facilities for the pupils of Cotwall End Primary School. We provide funding for Education and Training purposes to enhance subjects being studied. We provide equipment for sport and recreation for the pupils and we provide volunteer manpower to help with school events and activities.

To advise and assist in the provision of adequate playing fields, sports halls and sports centres in the county of Staffordshire for the purpose of games, sports and pastimes.

The provision of the facilities of a village hall for use primarily by people in Dowdeswell and the surrounding areas.The finances of the trust include those of the Dowdeswell Recreational Ground (294155)

The Ash Club gives information and advice, and provides facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupation in the interest of social welfare with the object of improving life for women in the area of Spelthorne without distinction of political, religious or other opinions. The Club also fundraises in a small way to respond to other charitable causes in line with our objects.
