Hitchin Community Gardens is more commonly known as The Triangle Community Garden.Our purpose is to help people of all ages and abilities lead more fulfilling lives, through community gardening and contact with the natural world.We do this through:Supporting physical and mental health via social therapeutic horticulture Volunteering opportunitiesCommunity events/workshopsForest School

Provision of local scouting activities in line with those of the national Scout Association. Providing sport, leisure and recreation for children and young people centred on Harwell, Oxfordshire.

RTET merged with existing charities RTEF and BYC owning Richard Taylor CofE School and Bilton Youth Centre to support RTS and young people in Harrogate with educational grants and to provide young people, the elderly and the disadvantaged in Harrogate and beyond with recreational services for their health wellbeing intellectual and social benefit and grants to improve their spiritual health.

Afewee Training Centre is a multi-sport charity based in the Brixton Recreation Centre, Brixton, London. We use the sports of football and boxing to uplift and inspire the youth of the community, instilling discipline, work ethic and focus throughout each session as the centre point of success both in sport and life overall.

The Charity operates Plas Dolerw as a Voluntary Sector Centre and organises an annual lecture to discuss issues of concern in Montgomeryshire. The Charity also owns Oriel Davies Gallery, which is leased to a separate charity. Exhibitions and arts education courses are provided there for the benefit of the people of mid Wales.

The object of the Charity is to use the Neville Hall for the purposes of physical and mental recreation and social, moral and intellectual development through the medium of reading and recreation rooms, library, lectures, classes, recreations and entertainments, or otherwise as may be found expedient, for the benefit of the inhabitants of the Parish of Waltham St Lawrence.

Horizons works to create game changing opportunities for children and young people across Haringey and Enfield. We know support across a range of areas can change the direction of a child's life and we focus on five pathways - creative arts, sports, technology, academic support and experiences.

We run the village playing field for cricket, football, tennis, bowls, scouts & children play group. In addition we now own & run a 6 & a half acre wildlife site next to the playing field - 4 acres meadow 2 acres woodland. This is called the Alderbed Meadow Project.

To promote the benefits of local inhabitants, to advance education and provide facilities for social welfare, recreation and leisure, to maintain and manage a community centre and promote other charitable purposes.Hire of halls for above purposes and promotion of community activities.

Youth Presence works with and supports children and young people. We will do this through the provision of recreational and leisure time activities. We will provide support, activities and opportunities which develop skills, capacities and capabilities. We will provide personal, social and spiritual education. We are based in Kendal, we work in the North West of England - Cumbria/Lancashire.

We provide facilities for all sections of the local community, from sporting events to social functions for senior citizens. Toddler/pre-school facilities, religious groups, guides/brownies all operate from the centre, in addition to several public functions each year for the whole community. Many of the groups are able to expand their activities with our help.

Working to support the wellbeing of individuals suffering depression or anxiety or recovering from physical illness, carers who need respite, those who need support towards confidence, self esteem, time away from pressures, development of vocational skills and any other person who might benefit from horticultural therapy.A safe, empathic, calm, nurturing, enjoyable and empowering environment

THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE, THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES, SO THAT THEY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED. IN ADDITION TO HELP DISABLED PEOPLE AS PART OF THE COMMUNITY PROJECT.

We are passionate about raising aspirations and improving the life chances of young people and adults in our community. We deliver a range of projects to promote health, well being, raising self esteem and encourage people to realise the benefits of physical activity. All alongside our delivery of educational programmes for life skills

We operate in London. We promote more inclusive communities by helping older people from underrepresented (BAME) groups, overcome social isolation and loneliness through community minorities-based projects and activities such as; IT skills, ESOL provision, befriending, leisure and arts. However, during Covid-19, we have extended the scope of our services to provide food security and advice.

Provides culturally sensitive Day Resource Services for the Indian older people of city wide Manchester and surrounding areas. These include basic Day Care i.e. transport, hot Indian meals, entertainment activities, library, shopping, monthly coach trips, preventative health and rehabilitation services, information & advice.

To promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for amateur boxing and other activities capable of improving physical health

Benefit the residents of Watford by associating together the residents and the local authorities, voluntary and other organisations in a common effort to advance education and to provide facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation leisure time occupation with the objective of improving the conditions of life for the residents.

To benefit children and young persons up to the age of 25 attending, or who have attended, schools in Bradford on Avon, Wiltshire and for the provision of recreational facilities for the same age group in the town. Providing allotments and a recreation ground known as sladesbrook. Distributing awards.

The following ongoing activities: Prayer session for the local Muslim Community daily five times; Elderly and pensioner club; Job club for local unemployed people i.e. CV writing, interview skills & the job search. Sports and recreational activities for Young people indoor and outdoor games; Homework tuition and religious education classes, community cohesion, and diversity & inclusion project.

We are an Association operating from Croxdale Community Centre for the benefit of the general public and more specifically, the residents of the village of Croxdale and surrounding areas, by providing recreation facilities and community support.

We promote and encourage the playing of cricket for the benefit of the public as a whole, but particularly in the areas of Newcastle-under-Lyme and Hartshill, through the provision of practice and playing facilities, coaching and fixtures for all playing members.
