Supporting teachers to use football as a tool for social transformation in low-income communities.

1st Mulbarton Scout group comprising Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers. Meetings for each group each week where variable activities are carried out including crafts, cooking, camping basics, first aid etc.Group camps and individual camps and days out.

To operate a recreation ground and clubhouse for the purpose of providing a centre for the inhabitants of the Parish of Crayke. Activities include playgroups, meetings, lectures, classes and various sporting and leisure pursuits.

The charity's objects are to advance the Christian faith, the education of children and young people by the provision of a safe environment for them to gather for educational, recreational and other leisure time activities so as to develop their physical, mental and spiritual capacities sothey may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society and their conditions of life be improved

The charity maintains and operates the Community Centre, Lake Lane, Frampton on Severn, and the recreation ground (including the dedicated playground area), also in Lake Lane. It operates generally to benefit the residents of Frampton on Severn and the surrounding villages.

To provide & run a community centre for Patcham & surrounding area.To run a Bridge Club, Table Tennis club & the Patcham Companions, a drop in 'chat club'.

Sarah's Star supports people living with incurable and palliative illnesses, as well as their families and health professionals in North East England. We provide a wide range of holistic therapies including meditation, massage, reiki, creative therapies, pilates and yoga. We also host death cafes and talks to normalise the conversation around palliative and end of life care.

We operate as a Sports Recreation Club, originally for the mining community.Following the demise of the mining community we have continued & extended our range of operations to provide sport for the local young people 9 - 17 years with coaching and match play conditions and we are a clubmark accredited club.We also serve the community in providing facilities for Weddings/Funerals / Christenings/

The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for the teaching, development and practice of Athletics/Running for all age groups within the town of Tavistock, Devon and its locality.

Provision of open space and recreational facilities granted in perpetuity to the town, and maintence of same.

Springboard is a charity set up for, and by, people with dementia and their carers. The group meets weekly and accepts all ages, but the majority of members are aged 65 and over. There are regular organised trips, recreation and leisure activities, as well as educational talks, support, presentations and promotional events. A 7 day helpline offers advice and support to members.

Provide building with facilities and public space and tennis courts for use by members and local community.

Friendly club adjoining Hampstead Heath for new and experienced bowlers. Free coaching provided. Members compete at county and national levels. Self owned and managed bowling green/clubhouse for use of members and local community. Other activities include gardening and bridge club/school.

Our show runs an Annual Agricultural and Horticultural Show

Provides physical & leisure activities & facilities for local youth & community.

The provision and management of Kingswood Village Hall for Community events. These events comprise exercise classes, wedding receptions, amateur theatre, council and general elections, private parties and club meetings.

Children/young people, elderly/ old people. After school play scheme, space play for children. Boxing, luncheon club, and day care.

For the benefit of the inhabitants of Bridgnorth and Much Wenlock in Shropshire, the Charity provides opportunities for the development of swimmers of all standards through high quality coaching and training. Appropriate pool time is allocated for each category of swimmer to reflect their needs and abilities. In all that it does the Charity is committed to treating everyone equally.

Purposes The promotion of the benefits of the inhabitants of Wimbledon Park and the neighbourhood thereof (hereinafter called the area of benefit), without distinction, by the advancement of education and the provision of facilities in the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure time occupation with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said inhabitants.

BCEW manage a number of blind/visually impaired cricket competitions annually as well as working to develop & administrate the game. Our participants include men & women of all ages & races.

COACH is a charity set up to build and run a community activity, education and sports hub for the benefit of those in and around Taunton.

The Charity provides a clubhouse and facilities for the local residents of Bramhall to engage in sporting , arts, games and other recreational activities

The charity provides support to a cardiac rehabilitation programme, including exercise classes and counselling services, for all cardiac patients in the catchment area of Yeovil District Hospital. Fundraising events and private donations enable the charity to maintain and replace gym equipment for the rehabilitation unit and and to fund specialist training for the cardiac staff at YDH.

The HWu3a has over 70 groups which enables it to offer a very wide range of activities to its members. These may help increase fitness and mobility (6 different walking groups, cycling, country dancing etc) or more learning or artistic based activities ( choir, art appreciation, archaeology and a large gardening group). There are monthly meetings with a speaker. All groups are led by the members.
