Merthyr and the Valleys Mind are a local charity affiliated to National Mind. We provide a range of quality services to adults who experience mental or emotional distress. The services include community and hospital advocacy, resource centres that provide dropin facilities, counselling, training and a range of groups e.g. depression, self-help, gardening, relaxation, IT and music.

ORGANIZES RELIGIOUS, CULTURAL, EDUCATIONAL, SPORT, RECREATIONAL AND SOCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF NAVNAT VANIK COMMUNITY IN THE UK AND ABROAD WITH EMPHASIS IN THE GREATER LONDON AREA. DONATES TO OTHER CHARITIES IN UK AND ABROAD ON A REGULAR BASIS AND PROMOTES THE JAIN AND HINDU RELIGIONS.

Fitzrovia Youth in Action (FYA) is a community based youth action project that uses youth work, sports, mentoring and work experience placements to empower children and young people to overcome the barriers they face, fulfill their potential and create positive change in their community.

London Youth Rowing (LYR) is a ground breaking sports initiative - developing young people through physical activity and opening access to rowing at all levels. LYR is an inclusive programme for young people of all abilities, social, ethnic and economic backgrounds. LYR operates across London delivering innovative programmes, training and evaluation for schools, youth clubs and community groups.

Provision of sporting opportunities and facilities for disabled men, women and children.

Provide educational/leisure activities for disadvantage children and young people. Provide facilities and resources to the charitable sector. Undertake project activity which benefits local residents and groups.
