This includes home support, gardening service, a visiting scheme, telephone club, home repair scheme, lunch and social clubs, advice and information, enhancing lives scheme, hospital discharge service, advocacy, mental health and dementia drop in sessions.

Provision of development, participation and education opportunities and support through cricket and other sports in the historic county of Staffordshire in the interests of social welfare, health and well-being.

Making a difference to the lives of poeple and communities in and around Lincoln by running projects through funding.such as feeding the homeless, debt advice and debt management, food parcels for those in need, providing sport and creative actibities for disadvantaged young people, and many more projects as above.

We promote community participation in healthy recreation by offering a variety of funded classes for children and families in Hackney including yoga, street dance, baby music and baby gym.

To provide local training and education opportunities for residents of all ages and abilities. Providing recreational and social opportunities through a variety of drop-in groups for families and individuals, as well as volunteering opportunities aimed at reducing isolation and benefitting the organisation, individuals and the wider community.

Coach Core is an employment and education project that uses community sports/physical activity based apprenticeships to target young adults not in employment, education or training (NEET) and have them not only change their future pathways but also become a positive influence in communities that need the provision most.

To promote the physical and personal development of young disabled people, through organising school sports competitions and by the provision of resources including coaching, training, equipment and sports leadership opportunities.

The charity provide high quality gymnastic facilities and coaching expertise for all ages and abilities from elite gvmnastic's to foundation level in the City of Newcastle and the surrounding areas. We work closely with local Authorities and Education Services to provide expertise into Sports Centres and Schools. We provide for activities for persons with disabilities.

Provision of activities for children and young people including those at risk of social exclusion. Activities include sports, arts, music, educational support and other opportunities. Provision of recreational and leisure time facilities in the interests of social welfare for those inhabitants of the area in necessitous circumstances.
