We aim to tackle loneliness and social isolation. We provide support for people affected by dementia, other memory problems, and social isolation. We run fortnightly pop-up cafes in Sowerby Bridge and in Halifax at which we offer a varied programme of games, crafts, information, support, cakes and conversation. Our volunteer team run craft sessions, play games, serve refreshments and chat.
