PLCC recognize that Sport for Development work covers both sport and social fields in terms of youth, community, health, education and criminal justice, and the club aims to work with all communities in the Rumworth area of Bolton helping to break down social barriers through sports to ensure that our Members can realize the full potential of our programmes.
