TO PROVIDE AN ARTS SERVICE IN THE NORTH EAST OF ENGLAND PRIMARILY THROUGH THE OPERATION OF THE QUEEN'S HALL ARTS CENTRE IN HEXHAM. QUEEN'S HALL ARTS' VISION STATEMENT IS TO "DEVELOP HIGH QUALITY ARTS PROVISION AT THE QUEEN'S HALL ARTS CENTRE THAT WILL ENRICH AND SERVE LOCAL AND OUTREACHED COMMUNITIES, DEVELOPING A CREATIVE FUTURE FOR ALL"
