The purpose is to establish and operate a museum, for the benefit of the public and primarily focused on the education of LGBTQI issues including:(1) The advancement of human rights, conflict resolution or reconciliation ofreligious or racial harmony or equality and diversity;(2) The advancement of the arts, culture, heritage or science; and(3) The advancement of education.
