The Trust raises money mainly through investments and donations. This income is used for charitable purposes (whether for the advancement of religion or education, or the relief of poverty, or for any other charitable purposes whatsoever) connected with the Roman Catholic religion in line with the charity objectives.

The trust exists to support and help Friends in need who are members or attenders of Central England Area Quaker Meeting of the Religious Society of Friends Formerly and is also known as Warwickshire Monthly Meeting. The trust acts following an approach from the needy Friend's local meeting.

Maintains the 16th Century school building left to the village by Mrs Jane Leeson's will of 1642.Now used as the village hall.

Social Aid supports charitable activities carried out in connexion with the Church of England in the Diocese of Hereford, particularly: the promotion of temperance and higher standards of moral life in individuals, family and community; the restoration of the intemperate or delinquent and those addicted to drugs, alcohol or gambling or otherwise needing help; the relief of the consequent distress.

To apply the annual income for such charitable purposes for the benefit of The Roman Catholic Church or any institution associated therewith as the trustees in their absolute discretion may determine provided always that so far as it is practicable to do so such charitable purposes shall be selected from those to which payments shall have been made during the lifetime of Sir Pierce Lacy.

Monies raised are granted back to the school for special items outside the budget of the school (coach trips, special equipment, water bottles, school bags etc).
