The charity is responsible for the collection, custody, disbursement and account of the Diocesan Synod's funds and the employment of all persons in receipt of salaries paid directly from those funds.

St Mary's School is a vibrant, academic and caring independent school for girls aged from 3 to 18 years. A parish church of the Church of England, part of the worldwide Anglican Communion, we maintain regular public Christian worship; provision of sacred space for prayer and contemplation; pastoral work; teaching and debating Christianity through sermons, groups, courses and events. We host a night shelter for the homeless, a free drop-in counselling service, and provide support to asylum seekers.
