St Matthew's Westminster is a church in the Catholic tradition of the Church of England where everyone is welcome whatever their background. The church seeks to develop an understanding of community in the heart of the city through its threefold ministry of prayer, hospitality and dialogue. The main purpose of the PCC as defined by the Parochial Church Council (Powers) Measure 1956, is to co-operate with the Vicar in promoting in the Parish the whole mission of the Church,pastoral,evangelical,social and ecumenical. There have been no material changes in these policies during the year.The PCC has been satisfied during the year to maintain its position.
