The promotion of the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ according to the doctrines and practices of the Church of England, within the Ecclesiastical Parish of St. Bartholomew, Penn, Wolverhampton. The PCC has the responsibility of co-operation with the incumbent in achieving this objective.It also has maintenance responsibilities for the Church Hall and the house at 105, Brenton Road.

The principal activity of the charity is the advancement of the Christian faith and the practical outworking of that faith, with a particular focus in the local community of Birchwood and Hartsholme in Lincoln, providing activities for all ages, backgrounds and circumstances, and giving assistance and relief to persons in need or hardship.

All regular public worship is provided free of charge, is not restricted to Church of England adherents, and is available and open to all.

Hope is a Christian Church with 4 dreams (be a church that kids love, be a place of Hope for the marginalised, be a place of 24/7 prayer and to be a benefit to the community). These dreams are facilitated through a Sunday morning service and Sunday evening gatherings, Mums and Toddlers groups, a youth group, hosting community events, prayer meetings and many other organic groups and activities.

Help manage and maintain St Paul's Church, Robert Adam Street, part of the parish of All souls Langham Place. The building provides facilities for varied women's, men's, youth and children's groups open to the general public. Activities are run by the parish and outside groups. The building also provides office space for parish workers and a suite of counselling rooms, as well as meeting rooms.

Supports the Ministry of St Aldates Church, Oxford.

Monitory assistance to deserving people in need. Provide for upkeep and repair of parish church and burial grounds of the Ecclesiastical parish of St Dennis (St. Denys), Cornwall, and maintenance of services therein. Promote the religious and other charitable work of the Church of England in the parish of St. Dennis and to provide for matters incidental to these purposes.
