LICC exists to advance the Christian religion through the application of the Christian faith to life in the contemporary world. LICC runs courses, arranges lectures, undertakes research and distributes books, DVDs and other resources. LICC's main goals are to empower individual Christians and their church leaders, and to seek to place whole-life discipleship at the heart of the UK church.

St Michael le Belfrey is a Church of England parish church in the Diocese of York serving the local parish, diocese & beyond through public & online worship & small groups; teaching; pastoral work; student, youth & children's work; social action; hosting events; distributing literature; supporting mission partners in UK & abroad; church planting & revitalisation initiatives.

The KEY Project provide a range of support services to disadvantaged young people in South Tyneside. We do this by offering: Floating Support, giving practical support to vulnerable young people in their properties; Prevention of Homelessness, mediating between young people and their parents/guardians. We work closely with the local authority, Housing Associations, church and community groups.

King's Community Church is a member of the national body of the Evangelical Alliance and is best described as a bible believing charismatic Christian church. As such, its highest purpose is to honour Jesus Christ as Lord by seeking to love and serve God, each other in the church and those in the world around us.

The principal activity of the charitable company in the year under review was that of allowing the space created within the church to be occupied and enjoyed for the purpose of preaching and teaching the Gospel, in addition to being used for the benefit of the borough. The aim for 2022 is to continue in this vein and to extend the charitable activities of the church.

Almshouses for the elderly

The Parochial Church Council is responsible for cooperating with the clergy in promoting the mission of the Church - pastoral, evangelistic, ecumenical and social - throughout the ecclesiastical parish. It also has maintenance responsibilities for the three churches in the parish together with the ownership of investment properties and St Matthias House.

Empower Global works as Family Church - Empowering communities through local church congregations. Empower Global supports relief work and missionary organisations overseas. The work of Family Church in our local communities aims to relieve poverty and support the peope local to us through initiatives, ongoing projects and community engagement.

Provision of care homes and managed flatlets for the elderly from Gospel Standard Strict Baptist chapels.

Promotion Christian faith

Central England Area Quaker Meeting is one of the constituent Area Meetings of the Religious Society of Friends in Britain, established for the advancement of religion. Its principal activities are the holding of meetings for worship in its constituent local meetings and the support of its various branches, including Peacemakers (West Midlands Quaker Peace Education Project) and Peace Hub.

The charity exists to advance the Christian faith, to relieve and advise persons who are in conditions of need and hardship, to advance Christian education in accordance with Christian principles and to promote and fulfil other such charitable purposes as the Trustees deem fit.

The Parochial Church Council of St Bride's has the responsibility of co-operating with the incumbent in promoting in the ecclesiastical parish the whole mission of the church.
