Debre Genet Holy Trinity E.O.T.Church is an Ecclesiastical Charitable Trust and it has been providing spiritual and other important services to the community. It is a focal place where children and young adults are shaped to become better citizens, a place where those that face difficulties in life turn for help through the pastoral care provided by the clergies and fellow members.

The activities of the charity are focussed on the preservation of the Greek Cathedral in London W2. Church services and the operation of the Cathedral are carried out by 4 employed staff.

Worship and associated activities

The charity's purpose is to ensure the preservation, maintenance and improvement of the Parish Church of St Wilfrid, Standish, and the surrounding churchyard. For income it seeks donations from the congregation and wider public, and welcomes legacies and bequests. With this income it funds major items of upkeep and repair that the parish finds necessary for this Grade 1 listed building.

The charity exists to maintain the hospital which consists of 24 almshouses, a chapel and ancillary buildings. Qualifying persons over 60 entitled to reside here are elected from local parishes. The education foundation provides financial assistance towards the education of persons under 25 years also resident in local parishes.

The charity's aims are to advance the Christian faith in London and in other parts of the UK as may be appropriate,and also to relieve sickness and financial hardship and to promote and preserve good health by the provision of funds,goods or services of any kind including though the provision of counselling and support.

General charitable purposes in any part of the world and in particular furtherance of Jewish religious education. Also providing a place for worship and meditation

The PCC co-operates with the incumbent in promoting the whole mission of the church, pastoral, social, evangelistic and ecumenical, within the parish and supports outside mission. In addition to regular and special church services (including weddings, funerals and baptisms), it provides a range of activities catering for all ages in the community and hosts a number of community groups on site.

Kahaila is a Christian charity, church & cafe on Brick Lane. Kahaila builds community, offering church services, supper clubs, arts events, and more. Kahaila is committed to making a positive social impact. Kahaila's Women's Projects provide accommodation for survivors of sex trafficking, training & employment and life skills courses in a woman's prison & the community.

We are a Methodist Circuit created in 1/9/2015 covering 23 Methodist churches (including 5 local ecumenical partnerships) across the western half of the Leeds Metropolitan area.We aim to continue our life of witness in accordance with the Our Calling Priorities set out by the Methodist Church: Worship, Learning and Caring, Service, and Evangelism.

A variety of weekly meetings and services have been held throughout the year, most of which have been open for anyone to attend. Christianity has been advanced through teaching, worship and prayer; faith, love for others, tolerance and generosity are promoted.

Throughout the years our centre has grown from a local mosque into one of the UK?s leading Islamic Centres. We attract more than 4,000 users a week.

Its aims were WORSHIP: to worship with other churches. both Anglican other denominations; WELCOME: to extend a Benedictine welcome, a holistic approach that includes hospitality and prayer; WITNESS: to use different methods and media to engage with different groups of people.
